We believe that the love within us reflects the image of God, who is love itself, and who created us to receive His love and to share it with one another. If we want to show the world that God is loving, then we must reveal His image through the way we live.
Jesus showed us how, declaring, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” To follow Him, then, is to live lives that embody His truth, guided by the Spirit, so that others may see the way that leads to Him and to the promise of resurrection.
Throughout history, this has been made visible in the lives of saints, martyrs, and apostles whose witness sustained faith even in a harsh and often unloving world. Their lives remind us that the call of Jesus is not passive. It is an invitation for each of us to become living testimonies so that, through us, the love of God is made real and unmistakable to all.

🙏🏾 God who is She, They, Ze, He, and beyond many names, let this be our prayer:

We will not be silent.
We will not be violent.
We will love.
We will defend Black lives.
We will affirm LGBTQIA+ lives.
We will protect the vulnerable.
We will show up when it is hard.
We will demand justice when the world refuses.
We will organize, teach, march, feed, shelter, vote, heal, build community.
We will reflect critically, think rigorously, and act courageously.

And that love, radical and unrelenting, will change the world. Amen
