30 - DAY LIVING SACRIFICE CHALLENGE
Week 1 — Awareness
Day 1: Write down how you currently treat your body (be honest)
Day 2: Identify one habit that doesn't honor God's temple
Day 3: Drink your water today — all of it — as an act of worship
Day 4: Get to bed one hour earlier than usual
Day 5: Take a 20-minute walk and pray while you walk
Day 6: Replace one unhealthy food choice with something life-giving
Day 7: Rest fully — Sabbath practice
Week 2 — Intention
Day 8: Before each meal, pray: "Lord, I'm feeding Your temple"
Day 9: Identify a physical habit you need to start
Day 10: Identify a physical habit you need to stop
Day 11: Move your body intentionally — whatever that looks like for YOU
Day 12: Get outside for fresh air and sunlight
Day 13: Limit screen time by 1 hour — give your mind and eyes rest
Day 14: Rest fully — Sabbath practice
Week 3 — Discipline
Day 15: Cook or prepare something nourishing and thank God while you do it
Day 16: Go to bed without your phone in the room
Day 17: Choose movement over convenience (take the stairs, park further)
Day 18: Check in with a friend about your physical health goals
Day 19: Spend time in worship that involves your physical body (lift hands, kneel, dance)
Day 20: Hydrate, sleep, move — and journal how you feel
Day 21: Rest fully — Sabbath practice
Week 4 — Surrender
Day 22–27: Continue daily habits with a partner or accountability friend
Day 28: Write a letter to God, surrendering your body as a living sacrifice
Day 29: Celebrate ONE healthy change you've made this month
Day 30: Renew your commitment — present your body again, fresh, to the Lord
