Today on Trans Day of Visibility, we share these Beatitudes, written a few years ago by Rev. Dr. Kelly Colwell.

This year, as rights fracture and access to health care and public space is stolen from trans people, it is more crucial than ever that we declare in our loudest and clearest voice that we believe trans people are holy, sacred, powerful, and blessed.

Trans people of all genders, ages, and ways of presenting themselves are created by the Creator intentionally and we celebrate their place in every part of society and in every part of our church.

Trans folks, we are so grateful for you, for your witness to a dynamic and present Creator who wants us to participate in the process of creation. We are ready to stand with you to protect your safety and your sovereignty over your bodies and your lives. You belong. We love you!!

and fun Intergenerational Christmas Eve pageant with special children/youth animal stable and shepherds scene. Thank you all who participated as leads, behind the scenes and all the gathered folks!
