The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Jesus did not just observe the crowds with pity -- He felt a gut-deep compassion for people who were harassed, helpless, and wandering without direction. That same harvest is all around us today.

In Matthew 9, Jesus tells His disciples to pray for workers -- and then turns around and sends them out. The challenge is the same for us. God is not looking for the perfectly prepared. He is looking for the willing.

2 Corinthians 9:6 reminds us that whoever sows generously will also reap generously. Whether it is your time, your words, or your presence in someone's life, what you sow matters. Do not grow weary in doing good -- at the proper time, a harvest will come.

What happens when life does not meet your expectations? When the people closest to you laugh rather than believe, or when God does not move the way you thought He would?

This week we explored Mark 5 and 6, where Jesus raised a young girl from the dead and then returned to His hometown only to be met with doubt and offense. The crowd laughed at Him. His own neighbors could not see past who He used to be. And Scripture tells us He was amazed at their lack of faith.

Here is the challenge: our unbelief limits what God does among us. But when we lay down our expectations and let Him be our anchor, there is honey in the rock. He has never broken a promise, and He never will.

Come as you are. Let faith replace disappointment this Sunday.

What does it look like when someone has every opportunity to walk with God and chooses not to? In 2 Chronicles 21, King Jehoram inherited a godly legacy and threw it away -- leading his people astray, hardening his heart against every warning, and reaping the consequences of a life lived entirely for himself.

The contrast is sobering. His father Jehoshaphat sought God. Jehoram sought himself. And yet even in that darkness, God remained faithful to the covenant he made with David -- a covenant that ultimately points us to Christ.

2 Corinthians 5:15 reminds us that Christ died so we would no longer live for ourselves, but for him. Communion calls us back to that truth. The question this sermon leaves us with is a simple one: whose will are we actually living for?

Come ready to be challenged, encouraged, and reminded of a God whose faithfulness outlasts our failures.

In Mark 5, Jesus is pulled in every direction -- a dying girl, a desperate crowd, a woman who had suffered for 12 years -- yet he never lost his peace. That is the tug of war we all face: our emotions pulling one way, faith pulling another.

The woman who reached through the crowd believed that if she could just touch him, she would be saved. And she was. Jesus stopped everything for her. He stops for you too.

When life feels like it is unraveling -- when the news is bad and the timing is wrong -- Jesus says the same thing he told Jairus: "Don't be afraid. Just believe." Faith is not a wish. It is a settled trust that God has this, whatever this is.

Come join us as we work through what it means to let faith win the tug of war.

What does it really mean to be a family? Wednesday night, Theo brought a powerful message reminding us that true unity is not about having everything in common -- it is about sharing one heart toward God.

From Nehemiah's impossible wall built by priests, merchants, daughters, and laborers standing side by side, to the early church in Acts 2 devoted to fellowship, prayer, and breaking bread together, the pattern is clear: when we fix our eyes on God, he knits us into one.

Ephesians 2:14 reminds us that Christ himself is our peace, tearing down every dividing wall so that we can approach the Father together -- as brothers and sisters, no matter our backgrounds.
