Sunday Services: 9:30 AM in person and via Facebook

The history of the Acton Congregational Church, a member of the United Church of Christ, is rooted in the Trinitarian-Congregational tradition. We have about five hundred members from a wide variety of church backgrounds and experiences who come together to worship God and to follow in the way of Jesus Christ. We encourage growth in Christian discipleship through serious reflection on our Sacred Scriptures; we care for each other through caring ministries such as Stephen Ministry; and we live our faith out in the world by affirming the dignity of every person. No matter who you are, where you are on your faith journey, or who you love, you are welcome at Acton Congregational Church.

NEW DATE! The Braver Angels workshop Depolarizing Within has been rescheduled to Thursday, November 5th, at 7:00pm.

Please sign up if you plan to attend.

The Depolarizing Within workshop teaches participants to look at their own attitudes towards the political “other,” and develop strategies for engaging in politics without demonizing and for constructively intervening in conversations with like-minded peers when those conversations stereotype or demonize the other side.

To learn more about this workshop and to sign up, please visit the ACC blog, or email the office at [email protected].

Join us on Saturday, November 14th from 1:00pm-3:00pm in Hartman Hall for the 4th Annual Barbara Aiello Spirituality Workshop “The Wisdom Within” with Bridget Chamberas.

The Wisdom Within offers a two-hour pause from the noise and activity of everyday life—an opportunity to enter into a time of rest, reflection, and deep listening.

Grounded in Jesus' invitation in Matthew 11:28–30, we will explore what it means to become rested enough to listen: to God, to ourselves, and to the Wisdom that lives within us.

This Sunday, we celebrate Missions & Outreach Sunday. Through Luke 13:10-17 and Genesis 16, we will be reminded that God notices those the world may overlook and calls us to respond with compassion, justice, and love. Together, we’ll explore how our faith inspires us to see others, reach out in service, and become a source of hope and healing in our community and beyond. All are welcome!
