RiverLife family, you would have read about the Nepal-Tibet floods and watched footage of how devastating the disaster is. According to local news sources, more than 460 have lost their lives and 1000 people are still missing. Many more are displaced, with no access to basic necessities. Let us all turn to God in prayer for those who are affected. We will provide an update on how RiverLife has responded to relief efforts this Sun at our English service.

✨ We Are God’s Masterpiece! ✨

At this year’s SuperLife camp, Masterpiece, the kids had an incredible time playing games, building friendships, and going deeper into understanding God’s original design and purpose for mankind.

We learned that God created everything to be in perfect shalom. Even when sin entered the world, He didn’t abandon His creation. Instead, He sent His Son, Jesus, to redeem and fix what was broken. We aren’t just meant to sit back—we are called to partner with Him, showing His love to the community and being salt and light to the ends of the earth!

“For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.” — Ephesians 2:10 (NLT)

If our meaning and purpose is tied to our productivity and accomplishments, we will never be at ease.

One of the biggest hurdles to hearing God is the noise of our own misplaced trust—believing that the world’s pace will eventually lead to a place of ‘having enough’. But Jesus invites us to a different way. He isn’t just a part of our lives; He is our foundation. Let’s shift our trust away from what is ‘seen’ and rest in the One who is truly sovereign.
