Yesterday, we celebrated the gift of the Holy Eucharist - the Body and Blood of Christ, given for our salvation and spiritual nourishment.

May this Feast of Corpus Christi remind us of Jesus' abiding presence among us and inspire us to live with faith, gratitude, and love for one another.

"I am the living bread that came down from heaven." - John 6:51

As we celebrate Palm Sunday and begin Holy Week, this song reminds us of what it truly means to remain - with Christ, through every step of His journey.

From the joy of His welcome into Jerusalem, to the sorrow of the cross, and the hope of the resurrection, “Now We Remain” echoes the call to stay faithful even in moments of suffering and uncertainty. It reflects the quiet strength of standing firm in His love when it’s not easy, when the path is heavy, and when faith is tested.

This Holy Week, may we not only remember His sacrifice, but also choose to remain with Him - present, faithful, and trusting - just as He has always remained with us.

Today we celebrate the Feast of the Presentation of the Lord - the moment when Mary and Joseph brought Jesus to the Temple, offering Him to God, and God in return reveals who this Child truly is.

In the arms of the aged Simeon, hope finally finds its voice. His canticle still echoes through the Church:

“Now, Lord, you may let your servant go in peace… for my eyes have seen your salvation.”

Simeon teaches us how to wait faithfully, how to recognize Christ when He comes - often quietly, humbly - and how to let go in peace once we have encountered the Light of the world. May we, like him, have eyes open to God’s promises and hearts ready to receive the Light meant for all nations.

It has been an incredibly busy yet deeply fulfilling year for SPCC 😍. We are grateful for the meaningful experiences, milestones, collaborations and achievements along the way 🙏. As we step into 2026, we do so with joy, hope, and great anticipation for the exciting things ahead 🥰. In all that we do, to God be the glory 🙏🙌!

Another round of joyful Simbang Gabi and Christmas Day choir services completed this year 😍.

We praise and thank God for the time, talents, and treasures we’ve been blessed with, and for the opportunity to serve and give back 🙏.
