* Concurrent children ministry (1-12 years old) is available One of the members at the time, decided to offer his home at Woodlands Road to start a Sunday School ministry in Chinese which kicked off on 2 August 1953. On 17 April 1955, a Hokkien worsh

ip service was started at 106 Woodlands Road, initially catering to some 20-30 believers living in the vicinity of Bukit Panjang. As many of the young people attending were English-educated, the worship service became partially bilingual. With assistance from Bethesda Gospel Hall, meetings in English were started as well. Subsequently, all worship meetings held at Woodlands Road moved over to 12 Galistan Avenue in 1966. Since 1966, the physical infrastructure of the church went through three major upgrades were done in 1998, 2007 and the latest in 2016 to cope with the numerical increase. With the expansion, BPGC continues to be a place of transformation, enabling individuals and families to encounter God. The congregation also grows in fervor and faith to be a greater blessing to the community at large through the Boys’ and Girls’ Brigade and the Galistan Family Service Centre ministry. Through these ministries, we have the privilege of serving residents from Bukit Panjang, Teck Whye and Choa Chu Kang. As a church, we desire to grow in our faith in Christ and in accordance to Christ’s commands, in particular, to love His people. Through corporate worship, the Sunday preaching of God's Word, Discipleship Small Groups, daily devotion and active involvement in service, we strive to be and to nurture disciples who are witnesses of Jesus Christ.

Couples’ Night 2026 - Nurturing Your Marriage Garden 🪴

When was the last time you intentionally dated your spouse? On 29 May, a few of our BPGC couples gathered together for a time of good food, deep conversations and terrarium making 🌿 It was a pleasant time of fellowship and creating intentional moments together!

We would like to thank all our couples for making this Couples’ Night such a meaningful evening. May the seeds planted continue to grow and flourish with God, the Master Gardener 👨‍🌾

This past weekend, we honour the parents and guardians who faithfully build homes filled with love, prayer, and grace. Thank you for the quiet sacrifices and steadfast faith that shape the next generation. 💖

Are you giving God your best or your leftovers? 🕊️

The Book of Malachi gave us the ultimate heart check. It was a powerful reminder to stop ‘going through the motions’ and give God our best.

A New Identity 💦

This Resurrection Sunday was filled with great joy as not only did we celebrate Jesus conquering death, we also witnessed 4 of our brothers and sisters going through the waters of baptism. We also had the privilege of having Pastor Edric Sng (BBTC) to share with us the significance of baptism, representing our new identity in Christ. We praise God for what He has done and for the lives touched this past weekend 🙌🏼
