Founded in March 1974, Harvester Community Church (formerly known as Harvester Assembly of God) has seen the Lord’s leading over the years and the church has grown from glory to glory. Due to its involvement with the community, the church has adopted the new name, Harvester Community Church, since July 2010. Numerous churches, bible schools and mission bases have been planted that span the entire

Asian region since the inaugural church planting work in the Philippines in 1986. The church has brought the love of God to countries such as the Philippines, India, Bangladesh, China, Indonesia and Malaysia. The faithful hand of God has led the church planting works from strength to strength and the faithfulness of God will continue to lead the church into the new season!

Caleb was 85 when he asked God for God’s “greater” (the hill country of Hebron where the fearful giants, the Anakites dwelt). At this age, many would have retired but Caleb was a winner!

How? He followed the Lord wholeheartedly, and that’s God’s winning formula! God wants us to win. Winning does not mean that our spiritual victory and inheritance becomes automatically handed to us on a silver platter.

Like Caleb, we must continue to trust in the unseen God, cling on to His promise and crave for the blessings of God such that we are willing to fight and lay claim on what God has for us.

Victory comes from the Lord.
Obedience comes from us.
God is faithful. Will we be found faithful?

God desires to reveal His will to us, but the question many of us have to answer is: Is doing God’s will my priority?

Like Gideon, there will be challenges when we want to do God’s will but let’s be encouraged by this week’s sermon - have faith and obey God and we will see the blessings of knowing and doing His will, know that God considers us might men/ women of valor, and trust that there is no lack when we do God’s will God’s way!

Let us rise up in courage to make doing God’s will our priority!

God has already prepared miracles in His house (the Church)!

God sees the crisis, reveals the source, gives the strategy, and brings the solution. And when we surrender what He has placed in our hands, His anointing doesn’t stop with us; it multiplies beyond the house.

What may seem small in our hands can become more than enough in His. Are you willing to be poured out so that you can experience the miracles of God?

What does it mean to live under an open heaven?
An open heaven speaks of God’s favour, provision, fruitfulness, and His presence over our lives.

To experience an open heaven, we are called to submit, obey, and pray.
Although we have ended the season of fasting and prayer, let us continue to seek God and pray for open heaven over our lives, families, churches, and Singapore!

God is inviting us to come near to Him. Our worship is a sweet-smelling fragrance to Him when we come desiring to seek Him for who He is.

Let’s come before the Lord and bring Him the worship He deserves and He delights in!

Our hearts were never created to be satisfied by small idols. The things of this world may satisfy us for a moment, but only God can truly satisfy the deepest longing of our souls.

Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life.” (John 14:6)

Where is your heart today?

Let’s turn our hearts back to God and seek the One who alone can truly satisfy.

He doesn’t just want the best parts of our lives. He also invites us to bring Him our brokenness, weaknesses, fears and failures. The very places we’d rather hide are the places He wants to transform by His grace.

As we approach the end of our prayer and fasting journey, let’s continue to seek Him with open hearts. May we keep praying for our leaders, our nation, and ourselves, trusting that God is at work in every area we surrender to Him.

Faith launches us into what God has for us.
Hope empowers us to look forward to the future.
But Love is the greatest!

Calvary is all about love that wins! And because of His love, we can win too!
