QiGong β Journey Together Towards Better Health & Well-Being
β’ Weekly sessions: Mondays & Thursdays (except public holidays or when the carpark is closed for special event preparations).
β’ Wet weather arrangements:
o Monday: Session moves to the Dome (4th Floor, Main Church) unless otherwise notified.
o Thursday: Session may be cancelled; updates will be shared via the QiGong group chat.
Newcomersβ Revision Session
β’ Every Thursday: An additional 30-minute revision after the 8.00β9.00 am session.
β’ Led by the QiGong Team (David, Paul, Irene, Annie), focusing on basic preparation and earlier sets.
β’ Strongly encouraged for newcomers; existing members are welcome to revise.
Participation
β’ Friends and family are welcome but must register as Club Agape members (free membership).
β’ Please encourage others interested in optimising body, mind, and spirit to join and sustain health and well-being through QiGong.

Join Helen for another fun and creative morning of rose flower making! πΉ
Returning participants: Please bring along your materials from the previous session to continue your project.
New to rose flower making? You will need:
1. 10 pcs velvet wires/pipe cleaners β colour of your choice
2. 3 pcs green velvet wires
3. 1 pc #18 wire or a long satay stick for the stalk
4. Sewing thread π§΅ β e.g. red and green
5. White craft glue & green floral tape
6. Scissors & craft pliers
For newcomers: Helen will provide 10 velvet wires and a satay stick to get you started. Other tools and materials may be shared by experienced members, subject to availability.
