This is one of my favourite parts of the job. ❤️

There was something special about seeing my client’s son put up the SOLD sign.

It might look like the end of a sale, but for my client and her son, it’s the beginning of a whole new chapter. 💙🩵

After sharing my Top 20 award this week, I’ve been thinking about what an award like that really represents.

For me, it’s this.

It’s the people who trust me with their homes, the relationships we build along the way, and being there for those little moments when all the hard work has paid off.

Every SOLD sign has a story behind it, and a new chapter ahead.

I feel very lucky to be part of both. ❤️

IS A LOWER REAL ESTATE FEE REALLY SAVING YOU MONEY?

The upside?

You pay less in fees - at first, that feels like a win.

But here's the question I'd be asking:

What if I save a few thousand in fees… but lose considerably more on my final sale price?

Because when you're selling one of your biggest assets, it's not just about what it costs to sell.

It's about what you walk away with.

And there can be a big difference in what you're actually getting for that fee.

So when you're comparing agents, look beyond the fee.

What's their marketing strategy?
What's their market share and buyer reach?
How will they create competition?
How will they negotiate for you?
And who else is working behind the scenes to get you a result?

Because the lowest fee isn't necessarily the lowest-cost way to sell.

You're not buying a pair of jeans.

You're selling one of your biggest assets.

So don't just ask:

“What will you charge me?”

Ask:
