Ps John Clarke - Way of Wisdom - 'Who has your ear'

16/10/2026

What does it mean to live wisely?

Wisdom is more than knowledge, experience, or knowing the right answers. It's learning to see life through God's eyes, make decisions according to His Word, and walk faithfully in His ways.

Scripture reminds us:
“The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.” — Proverbs 9:10. True wisdom begins with a heart that reveres God, honours His Word, and trusts His ways above our own.

As we prepare for our new series, The Way of Wisdom, our prayer is that we wouldn't simply grow in what we know about God, but that His wisdom would shape how we live — in our homes, relationships, finances, workplaces, conversations, and every decision we make.

We invite you to begin praying into this series with us. 🙏
Pray that God would give us teachable hearts, a deeper fear of the Lord, and the discernment to recognise His wisdom in every season of life. May we become a people who don't just know His Word, but walk in His ways.

Because wisdom isn't just knowing the right path. It's choosing to walk it.

Join us Sunday at 703 Wairere Drive, 3210, Hamilton, at 9:30am.

✏️ SMALL THINGS. BIG IMPACT.

What difference could a pencil make?

For a child who doesn't have one — potentially a lot. ❤️

Our next Operation Christmas Child collection is SCHOOL SUPPLIES!

We're collecting NEW:

✏️ Pencils + sharpeners
🖊️ Pens
🖍️ Crayons + colouring pencils
📓 Notebooks
📏 Rulers
✂️ Scissors
🎨 Colouring books

Next time you're doing the shopping, add a few extra school supplies to your basket and bring them Sunday.

Every item will eventually find its way into a shoebox.

Every shoebox will be prayed over.

And every box represents a child and family we have an opportunity to reach with the love of Jesus.

Evangelism doesn't always begin with a microphone.

Sometimes it begins with simply asking:

“God, what do I have in my hands that You could use?”

📦 PACK A SHOEBOX. SHARE HOPE. SHARE JESUS.
