Gore Baptist Church We are a family church in the beautiful town of Gore, Southland, New Zealand. As a church we are still on this journey to totally fulfil our vision.

The purpose of Gore Baptist Church is “Saved By Christ, United In Love, Reaching Our Community'. We recognize the church belongs to God not us and he has the authority to do what he likes – even when it hurts.

- We exist to support and encourage people in ministry …. The ministry is to manifest in the entire world not just within these four walls.

- We will be loving, encouraging, accepting an

d forgiving of others and ourselves.

- We value and respect humility, cooperation, honesty, openness, commitment and generosity. Let us never let our concept of God shrink to fit within our own comfort zones. We are excited as to what God has in store for us. We hope you can grab hold of, and embrace, our vision and let God work in you and though you to bring about life’s true purpose.

Hi Gore Baptist Church,

Following a prayerful and thorough discernment process, including interviews and referee checks, the Search Committee and Elders of Gore Baptist Church unanimously recommend Andy Doncaster as the preferred candidate for the Senior Pastor role.
Andy will be preaching this Sunday 26th July at Gore Baptist Church as an opportunity for us as a church to get to know him.
