A day came in history when Thomas Aquinas
visited Vatican City. The Pope took him into the
church treasury and said,

“Thomas, the church can no longer say,
‘Silver and gold have I none,’ because there is
abundance from tithes and offerings.”

Thomas looked around and replied,
“Holy Father, but the church can no longer say,
‘Such as I have give I thee.’”

And truly, we are in a dangerous age.

An age where the church has mastered
branding but is losing burden.
Where there is noise without power.
Gatherings without genuine encounters.
Crowds without consecration.
Platforms without prayer altars.

We have learned how to build structures, but
many no longer know how to carry His presence.

The apostles did not have influence, wealth, or
political relevance, yet kingdoms trembled
because they carried something from heaven.

The sick were healed.
Souls repented.
Cities were shaken.
Not because they had abundance on earth,
but because they had substance in the spirit.

But now, many of us are more passionate
about relevance than righteousness.
More concerned about visibility than purity.
More intentional about aesthetics than intimacy with God.

We can organize conferences yet struggle to sustain personal prayer.
We can raise offerings yet cannot raise intercessors.
We know how to trend, but do we still know how to tarry?

This generation does not merely need better
microphones, better stages, or better strategies.
We need men and women who can still say:
“Such as I have…”

Men who carry fire.
Women who carry oil.
Believers whose secret place is alive.
A generation that values the presence of God above applause.

Because when the power of God leaves,
what remains is only activity without life.

Oh God, help our generation.
Restore hunger again.
Restore brokenness again.
Restore consecration again.
Teach us not to substitute wealth for power,
activity for intimacy, or popularity for Your presence.

May we not become a church rich in possessions but bankrupt in power.
May our generation not inherit pulpits without fire and ministries without Christ.

Lord, raise carriers of Your presence again.
Raise witnesses again.
Raise men who have been with Jesus.

A man once tried to lift a heavy load alone and struggled for hours. Then others came, joined hands with him, and what looked impossible suddenly became light.

This is the picture of the Body of Christ.
We were never designed to walk alone.

When believers pray together, burdens become lighter.
When believers stand together, darkness loses ground.
When believers move together, cities can encounter Jesus.

The Church is strongest when we stop drawing lines around men and ministries, and start fixing our eyes on Jesus. Because the moment division enters the Body, our strength becomes limited.

This is the season for unity.
Not competition.
Not division.
Not isolation.

Let our voices rise as one.
Let our hearts burn for one purpose.
Let Jesus be seen through a united Church. 🔥

Today, I declare:

I will not lose my fire.
I will not lose my focus.
I will not lose my faith.

Grace speaks for me.
Mercy surrounds me.
The Spirit of God leads me.

I carry light.
I carry purpose.
I carry the presence of Jesus everywhere I go.

This week, fear will not rule me, delay will not stop me,
and discouragement will not silence me.

I am strengthened.
I am helped.
I am sent.

And through my life, Jesus will be seen. 🔥

Tori Jesu mi wa laaye

In these times, many hearts are heavy.
The economy is unstable, prices keep rising,
insecurity fills the land, many families are
uncertain about tomorrow, and countless
people secretly battle fear, depression,
disappointment, and unanswered prayers.

Yet in the midst of it all, God still remains faithful.

The world may give reasons to panic, but
heaven still gives us reasons to trust.
As believers, our confidence is not built
on the stability of the economy, the
promises of men, or the certainty of
tomorrow. Our confidence is rooted in
Christ — the One who was, who is,
and who is to come.

Scripture says:
“When thou passest through the waters,
I will be with thee…” — Isaiah 43:2

God never promised a life without storms,
but He promised His presence in every storm.
Even when situations around us seem contrary,
we hold on to the truth that God has never
failed and He will not start with us.

When fear says, “What if things get worse?”
Faith responds, “My Jesus is alive.”

When anxiety says, “You are alone,”
Grace reminds us, “He will never leave nor forsake us.”

When men are losing hope because of hardship
and uncertainty, the believer must remember
that our source is not the systems of the world
but the God who supplies all our needs according
to His riches in glory.

This is not the season to surrender to fear.
This is the season to pray more, trust deeper,
and stand stronger in faith.

The same God who preserved Noah through
the flood, fed Elijah during famine, protected
Daniel among lions, and raised Christ from
the grave is still alive today.

So lift your head.
Pray again.
Believe again.
Trust again.

If you believe God is still faithful despite
everything happening around us, declare boldly:

“Tori Jesu mi nbe laaye, eru kosi fun okan mi”

It’s a new week—a fresh opportunity to be intentional about purpose, growth, and impact.

Nothing truly worthwhile in life, ministry, or destiny happens by chance. Preparation and planning are the unseen foundations of every visible success. What we carefully build in private is what eventually stands strong in public. When we take time to plan, align, and prepare, we position ourselves for results that last.

But beyond strategy and structure, there is a vital force often overlooked—people. Those who quietly put systems in place, who serve behind the scenes, who ensure everything runs seamlessly. They may not always be seen, but their impact is undeniable. This is a moment to appreciate every volunteer, every hand, every heart committed to making things work.

It reminds us of a simple truth: no one is designed to do life alone. Destiny is relational. Purpose thrives in partnership.

So this week, be intentional. Identify your people. Value your tribe. Build with those assigned to your journey.

Da tie mo — know your people.

Sunmisola Agbebi’s ministration at the 9th Edition of Epe Worships Jesus was a powerful expression of pure worship, marked by holiness and the tangible presence of God.

From the very beginning, the atmosphere shifted into deep reverence, drawing hearts into total surrender. Her sound carried both purity and power, stirring a hunger for righteousness and intimacy with God.

It was more than a song—it was a divine encounter where lives were touched, hearts were lifted, and worship rose as a true offering of a consecrated heart.
