*Inspirational message for 2026*

As we step into 2026, let's anchor ourselves in God's promises. Isaiah 43:19 says, "See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland."

God is doing NEW things in you, through you, and for you in 2026!

May Philippians 4:13 empower you: "I can do all this through him who gives me strength." You are equipped, enabled, and empowered by God to walk in purpose, overcome challenges, and shine brightly for Him.

In the midst of uncertainties, remember Jeremiah 29:11: "For I know the plans I have for you,โ€ declares the Lord, โ€œplans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." God has GOOD plans for you in 2026!

May Psalm 118:1-2 be your declaration: "Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever. Let Israel say, 'His love endures forever.'" God's love is your anchor, your strength, and your song in 2026.

As you journey through this year, may Isaiah 40:31 uplift you: "But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint."

Expect renewal, expect breakthroughs, expect God's goodness to chase you down in 2026!

Here's a prayer for you:
"Lord, fill my days with purpose, my heart with joy, and my steps with faith. Help me trust You more, love deeper, and shine brighter in 2026. In Jesus' name, Amen."

Apostle Ephraim Ezekiel.

WHO WAS KING AHASUERUS?

King Ahasuerus (also known as Xerxes I) was a Persian king who ruled from 486-465 BC. He's mentioned in the Bible, specifically in Esther 1:1, where he's introduced as the king of Persia, ruling over 127 provinces from India to Ethiopia.

Brief history:

- Ahasuerus hosted a grand feast for his officials and nobles (Esther 1:3-4)
- He ordered Queen Vashti to appear before him, but she refused, leading to her removal (Esther 1:10-22)
- Esther, a Jewish woman, became the new queen (Esther 2:1-18)

- Ahasuerus' advisor, Haman, plotted to destroy the Jews, but Esther intervened and saved them (Esther 3-7)

- Ahasuerus ordered Haman's ex*****on and promoted Mordecai, Esther's cousin (Esther 7:9-10, 8:1-2)

The story of Esther highlights God's providence and protection of His people, even in exile.

You are the next person to be used to rescue others in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

WISDOM FOR THE DAY
MONDAY, 1ST JULY 2024
THEME: BE SPIRITUALLY SENSITIVE

โ€œThe next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.โ€ John 1:29 (KJV)

It is very important that your eyes are opened and sensitive so that you can recover everything the devil took from you. If you are not spiritually sensitive, even when God shows up in your bedroom, you will still be struggling with it. The Bible tells us in Psalm 103:7 that God ".... made known his ways unto Moses, His acts unto the children of Israel." (KJV). Despite being in church for a long time, many believers donโ€™t know the ways of God.

When Jesus came in the flesh, He was like every other human being in that neighbourhood. He came to where John was ministering and stood there among those whom John was to baptize like every other person. I am sure that some people must have even elbowed Him and pushed Him aside to get to the front. Even John did not know who He was. But as he was baptizing, I guess that he lifted his eyes to clean out the sweat from his brow, and he looked, and something caught his attention. This is because he had been told that on whom you see the dove descending, that is the man. As he lifted his head among the crowd right there, he pointed: behold the Lamb of God that taketh away the sins of the world.

If you are going to be at the cutting edge in life, you must be very sensitive to what God is saying at every point in time. Many of us have missed it just because we lost sight of the ways of God. Many have missed their moments of visitation because they were not sensitive to what God was saying. Pointing out Jesus as the Lamb of God was the defining moment in the ministry of John the Baptist. He was not carried away by the crowd, who were all there because of him and not Jesus. He kept faith with the Word.

WISDOM FOR THE DAY
TUESDAY, 11TH JUNE 2024
THEME: YOU ALREADY HAVE GRACE AND FAITH

โ€œFor by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:โ€ Ephesians 2:8 (KJV)

Under normal circumstances, a teacher does not set examination questions on what he has not already taught his students. God also will not demand anything from you unless He has already equipped you for it. In the Book of Habakkuk 2:4, the Bible declares that: "...the just shall live by his faith." (KJV). Romans 1:16-17 also tells us: "For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith." (KJV). Galatians 3:11 tells the same thing: "...The just shall live by faith." (KJV).

You see, God cannot tell you to live by what you don't have. You already have faith. When did you have faith? Let's look at our text again: "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God." In other words, God gave you the supernatural faith the day you were saved; otherwise, you could not have been saved. God gave it to you! It is a gift! The Book of 2 Corinthians 12:7-9 also illustrates this principle. The enemy was coming against Paul because of the abundance of revelation. So, the more revelation you receive, the more you are under attack. And the more you know, the more you can rest in what God has made available to you.

Paul now began to ask God to take away this reproach and this attack by the enemy. And the Lord said to him: "...My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness..." God told Paul that the Grace he has received is greater than any adversity. The deposit of God in you is sufficient to deal with anything the enemy throws at you. This Grace is already available to you. Rest in that Grace.
