The only thing that moves God is his promises and for you. He's moved to do something when he promised you he will. Have you heard from God? Has God spoken to you before?
Murmuring won't help you. What can help you is your your relationship with God. When you're closed to God, he reveals himself to you. When you give yourself to live for God,he rewards you.
Two things that move God:
1. Reading His Words - building connection with God can happen through the scriptures. Search the scriptures. The scriptures is for guidance, warfare, healing,......
2. Talking With God - communication with God is done through prayers. When you pray, God listens and he rewards you.
