Brothers and sisters, desire the urgency to seek God and live. Enjoyment is good but create time to be sober. There’s no guarantee that we’ll be here tomorrow; Vanity is hidden in time. There’s a WORD called Eternity; accept Christ Jesus 🙏

The pulpit is not the only place to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ. At your job, in the hospital, the market place, at school; on the streets; a bus ride; the garage; you can save a soul wherever you find yourself. Connect a soul to God 🙏

Working for God is not walking with God. 1 Samuel 3:1; Bible says Samuel served the Lord by assisting Eli and in verse 7; Samuel did not yet know the Lord. Don’t just serve, be desperate for encounter to know God please. 🙏

Thank you Heavenly Father 🙏
You’re a good God, it is by your mercy we are not consumed. Anywhere I have been depressed in my heart for ingratitude and refused to acknowledge you, please forgive me and show me mercy.

We had a wonderful time in God’s presence on September 21st, 2023.

Covenant sisters were asked to put into practice what they were taught and the results were encouraging.

However, the winner of the short bread 🥯 exam was Mrs Winnie Wright on that day.

By God’s grace, we are still learning and May God continue to bless the works of our hands 🙌.

When you see some people bread ehn lol 😝

Theme: Never lose your praise
Text: Psalm 34:1-3

Brothers and Sisters, how can you turn your eyes to God and sing His praises when life is hard?

Where do you find words of praise and thanksgiving when you heart is full of sorrow and struggle?

The Bible guides you through in these times.

In Psalm 34, David reminds us that we should praise God through the good times and bad times. Praise should fill our hearts every day, no matter the circumstances; especially when we are walking through the seasons of trials.

Brothers and sisters, praise God in the storms, through the battles and when life gets hard. Make the choices to fill your heart with words of praise and thanksgiving for God. Turn your heart to Him and allow Him surround you with His love and strength.

May God grant us grace to praise Him in every aspect of our lives.

Theme: Lost Glory
Text: Genesis 3:8-10
Reference scripture: Judges 16:18

My dear brothers and sisters, so many of us have lost our glory; so many wrong things are happening in our lives today because of lost glory.

Some of us lost our glory because of the things we were/are involved with and some of the places we went or are going.

Once the glory of God leaves you as a Servant of God, even your congregation will not believe in your message(s) anymore.

1). Disobedience makes you lose your glory even in your church.
2). Too much talking makes you lost your glory. James 1:19
3). Lies makes you lose your glory
4). Un-forgiveness makes you to lose your glory

Make sacrifices to God; ask God for mercy and let God restore your lost glory. Whatever you have lost because God’s glory is no longer with you, ask God for mercy and let Him help you restore everything.

May God help us 🙏

We had a wonderful time in God’s presence on Thursday, August 31, 2023.
Our message was brought to us by our own mother, Caroline Capehart.

Theme: Leading as a Christian Mother
Text: Matthew 20:20-27

My dear brothers and sisters, every good mother wants the best for their children. As a Christian mother, direct the path of your children; you will give account of your child/children.

As a Christian mother, pray for your children/child; teach them and talk with them. Put God first and teach your child/children to walk in accordance of God’s word for their lives.

As a Christian mother, make yourself available in God’s presence; don’t give up on your child/children. Teach them to study God’s word; teach them to follow God.

As a Christian mother, be an example; be flexible and create trust; have a good judgment; fear God and trust in God always; cultivate a joyful spirit; don’t be brutal.

As a Christian woman, stop saying negative words to your child/children. Love your children and appreciate them; say positive words to them.

We also concluded on our topic from last week about un-forgiveness.
Only God can help us to deal with the issue of un-forgiveness.

If you don’t forgive, you defile your body; un-forgiveness caused you pain; it makes you to live in the past. It makes you sick, cause you stress and even makes you a witch.

Forgive and be forgiven; ask God to help you deal with the spirit of un-forgiveness. It’s not by might, it’s not by power; it’s by the spirit says the Lord.

May God help us all.

We had a wonderful time in God’s presence on Thursday, August 24th, 2023.

My dear brothers and sisters, be careful and don’t compare yourself with anyone, God deal with sin differently.

Someone preaching and involved with deception or different kinds of sins doesn’t give you any reason to get involved with the same thing; God deals with people differently.

Some people don’t go to church and God is not angry with them but there are others who gets punished because they didn’t attend Bible study; be careful with the things you do as a Christian.

So many of us are involved with different sins but God deals with us differently.

Part 2 of our Service has to do with how to handle un-forgiveness as a Christian woman.

Today, many of us are dealing with the spirit of un-forgiveness. It’s easy to say but it’s so hard to forgive someone who has done so many evil things to you.

Un-forgiveness produces bitterness; it creates generational anger and battles;

To deal with the spirit of un-forgiveness;
1). Say it out and be transparent;
2). Ask God to release and help you out;
3). Make peace with those who hurt you;
4). Overcome un-forgiveness with love

May God help us deal with the spirit of bitterness, hatred, anger and malice that leads to un-forgiveness.
