Sales Representative - US Hours, Full-Time (Jerusalem)

Elevate your sales career in the Commercial Real Estate sector by joining our high-growth team in Jerusalem. As a Sales Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in educating property owners and investors on the significant tax advantages of Cost Segregation. You'll build strong client relationships, exceed sales targets, and contribute to the growth of a leading provider of Cost Segregation services. This role encompasses the full sales cycle, from initiating contact with prospects to securing successful signed deals.

What You'll Do:
* Engage & Educate – Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers (leads provided) in the Commercial Real Estate industry, including property owners, developers, and investors.
* Consultative Sales – Educate clients on the tax advantages of Cost Segregation and how it can significantly reduce their tax liabilities.
* Sales Strategy & Ex*****on – Manage the full sales cycle, from outreach to closing deals, using CRM tools efficiently.
* Target Achievement – Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

What You Bring:
🔹 3-5 years of proven success in sales, preferably in B2B or financial services.
🔹 Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
🔹 Native-level English and strong computer proficiency (Office 365, HubSpot, CRM tools).
🔹 A passion for building long-term client relationships and exceeding sales targets.
