A special services where all the churches in the parish come together to remember all those we have known and loved, and who have sadly died. We will read the names of those we wish to think of and can light a candle in remembrance of those we love.
The service will be followed by simple refreshments and a chance to chat with friends.

Sunday's service is cancelled and the next Sunday's is now a Holy Communion.

The Harvest Services around the parish will be Revd. Angela's last services before her retirement. It would be lovely for her to see as many of you as possible in the congregations.

The restoration of the clock face has started. An engineer abseiled from the tower to carefully bring the clock face to the ground. It has now been taken to The Cumbria Clock Compnay in Dacre, Penrith for repair. This company cares for many clocks in buildings around the country, including the recent full restoration of Big Ben, so it's in good hands.
