On Sunday 25th October at 3pm, the final service of worship will take place at St Mary's and Old Parish Church, Hawick.

For over 800 years, this historic site has been at the heart of worship in Hawick, bearing witness to generations of the town's history, its people, and their most significant moments.

This final service marks a poignant occasion, bringing to a close a remarkable chapter in the life of St Mary's.

However, whilst one chapter comes to an end, another is about to begin. Next month, St Mary's will pass into community ownership, offering an opportunity to preserve its heritage and ensure it remains at the heart of Hawick for generations to come.

All are warmly invited to attend this historic final service.

Alongside an incredible collection of food donations, an amazing £452.40 was also raised, all in support of The Salvation Army Hawick Food Bank.

A fantastic show of kindness from our church community, helping to support those who need it most. Thank you to everyone who donated. 🍂🌾
