Last minute dot com! TOMORROW (Sat 16th) we would love to invite you to join Anjela and the team plus special guests for her fundraiser!

Anjela works for Church Army (and of course runs the bus ministry!) and has asked various team members to help her raise funds with a night of singing!

We have had a great week on the bus. We made a poster asking the kids what it made them feel like to know that Jesus knows their name and loves them. They wrote on stickers and we have a 'wall of answers'. Do have a read. Where it seems to say Saver, the kids said Saviour!

Claire Hall has been a faithful, regular attender on the Chickenley D211 bus with her daughters and granddaughters, as well as at our monthly Sunday Thrive services on site 🫶🏻

We were shocked and saddened to hear of her sudden passing and send our deepest condolences to every member of her family, and her friends.

We shall miss Claire on Wednesdays. She was a lovely, gentle soul, and Ruth and the team were so glad to see her return to her teenage faith. She showed us her highlighted Bible from back then, and enjoyed joining in with our discovery Bible groups as we’d chat together about the story of the day and the love of God.

We have no doubt she is in the Father’s arms now, rejoicing with Jesus, enjoying her new body and the overwhelming love of God. We remember with fondness and gratitude her faithfulness in bringing granddaughter Harleen on the bus, who was dedicated to the Lord with the sprinkling of water not that long ago, at age 6.

May the love and comfort of our Heavenly Father surround the family at this time and help them through this very difficult time.

“Though I walk thru the valley of the shadow of death, I shall fear no evil for you are with me.” Psalm 23.
