Plough Sunday - an ancient observance which still has resonance in rural (and sometimes not so rural!) places.

You can find C of E liturgical resources for it in the Times and Seasons volume of Common Worship.

Archbishop Stephen was at Ripon Cathedral yesterday celebrating rural life at the annual Plough Sunday Service, in partnership with the Yorkshire Agricultural Society. 🚜

"As we gathered to bless the plough and give thanks for those who work the land, let us pray for our rural and farming communities."
