Today, Fr Gregory, Br Nhan, and a parishioner from Sacred Heart ran a half‑marathon in Battersea Park to support fundraising for our Salesian Summer Camp.
In a wonderful surprise, Fr Gregory finished first in his very first half‑marathon.

On Friday 29 May, the GBR province was able to celebrate the Perpetual Profession of Br Andre Kankwenda Kabangu SDB.
The service was celebrated by Fr Pascual Chavez SDB, Rector Major Emeritus, concluding the week long retreat.
Fr Pascual led the Salesians through the retreat, and we are very thankful for his input, leadership and friendship throughout the week.
We pray for Br Andre as he continues his vocational journey as a Salesian.
We thank the Leeds Diocese and Hinsley Hall for their hosting of the Salesian Retreat, and Thornleigh Salesian House for hosting the Final Profession of Br Andre.

This week, the Salesians in the GBR province are on retreat at Hinsley Hall, in Leeds.
The retreat is being led by Fr Pascual Chavez SDB, Rector Major Emeritus.
The retreat will conclude at Thornleigh House with the Perpetual Profession of Br Andre Kankwenda SDB on Friday 29th May.
May we pray with them as they take this time of spiritual reflection.
