We're a free protestant church, part of the Calvary Chapel network of churches around the world. Office hours are 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., Tuesday to Friday.

We want to live authentic, orthodox, Christian faith in our city of Freiburg. We meet for services in the old Astoria cinema at Löwenstraße 8-14 in the Altstadt:

Sunday mornings:
- 9:30 a.m. - Service I (German)
- 11:30 a.m. - Service II (German and English)

Sunday evenings
- 5:00 p.m. - Church At 5 (English)

Wednesday evenings
- 7:00 p.m. - Midweek Service (German)

The world today feels fragmented, noisy and, at times, directionless. But Pentecost reminds us that fear does not have the final say. 🔥

The Holy Spirit is not a concept of the past; it is the driving force of the present. It is that invisible force that:
🧡Transforms chaos into purpose.
🧡Heals broken hearts.
🧡Ignites a hope that the world cannot extinguish.

We are not alone, God is with us!
The same force that moved the first disciples is available today to renew our faith and give us courage.

May your heart be filled with peace today and your life with fire. Happy Pentecost! 🙌✨

This is the good news —
love won, death lost, and hope is alive.

🔥 REVIVAL NIGHT – We are still in awe. 🔥

What happened on March 1st was more than an event. It was an encounter.

The room was packed.
Hearts were hungry.
Faith was rising.

From the first note of worship, the atmosphere shifted. There was freedom. There was surrender. There was a deep, tangible sense of God’s presence moving among us.

Voices lifted. Hands raised. Lives touched.

The message challenged us to live boldly for Jesus — to break chains, tear down walls, and walk fully in the freedom He offers.

Many left strengthened.
Many left changed.
Many left on fire again.

We are grateful.
We are expectant.
And we believe this was only the beginning. 🔥🙏

🔥 REVIVAL NIGHT – Wir sind immer noch bewegt. 🔥

Was am 01. März geschah, war mehr als ein Event. Es war eine Begegnung.

Der Raum war voll.
Die Herzen waren hungrig.
Der Glaube ist gewachsen.

Schon mit dem ersten Ton der Anbetung veränderte sich die Atmosphäre. Da war Freiheit. Da war Hingabe. Da war eine spürbare Gegenwart Gottes mitten unter uns.

Erhobene Hände.
Erhobene Stimmen.
Berührte Leben.

Die Predigt hat uns herausgefordert, mutig für Jesus zu leben – Ketten zu sprengen, Mauern zu überwinden und in der Freiheit zu gehen, die Er schenkt.

Viele gingen gestärkt.
Viele gingen verändert.
Viele gingen neu entfacht.

Wir sind dankbar.
Wir sind voller Erwartung.
Und wir glauben: Das war erst der Anfang. 🔥🙏

The last week we had the joy of hosting “Bibelentdecker” ✨

From Monday to Wednesday morning, our main sanctuary was filled with laughter, curiosity, and bright little hearts aged 5 to 10.

We spent a few truly amazing days together, discovering the story of Jonah, diving into creative workshops, learning, playing, and growing in faith.

It was beautiful to see how much joy, imagination, and openness each child brought into the room. These mornings were more than just activities, they were moments of connection, reflection, and shared wonder.

Grateful for every smile, every question, and every small discovery. 🤍

Lezte Woche durften wir „Bibelentdecker“ erleben ✨

Von Montag bis Mittwochmorgen war unser Hauptsaal erfüllt von Lachen, Neugier und strahlenden Kinderaugen im Alter von 5 bis 10 Jahren.

Wir hatten wundervolle Tage miteinander, haben die Geschichte von Jona gehört, in verschiedenen Workshops kreativ gearbeitet, gespielt, gelernt und gemeinsam im Glauben wachsen dürfen.

Es war bewegend zu sehen, wie viel Freude, Fantasie und Offenheit jedes einzelne Kind mitgebracht hat. Diese Vormittage waren mehr als nur ein Programm, sie waren Momente der Begegnung, des Staunens und der Gemeinschaft.

Dankbar für jedes Lächeln, jede Frage und jede kleine Entdeckung. 🤍

We are expectant for a powerful evening filled with worship and the presence of God.

Ryan Ries (Whosoevers Movement) will be preaching, and Baruch will lead us in worship with his band. It will be a night of passionate praise, a bold Gospel message, and space to encounter God personally.

Our heart is to see people spiritually reignited — serving Jesus courageously, breaking through walls, and walking in freedom.

This night is also a powerful opportunity to invite friends, even those who don’t yet believe, trusting that God will touch lives.

Our prayer is that this evening becomes a turning point for many.

Ryan Ries (Whosoevers Movement) wird predigen, und Baruch wird mit seiner Band in die Anbetung führen. Es wird ein Abend mit leidenschaftlichem Worship, einer klaren Evangeliumsbotschaft und Raum für eine persönliche Begegnung mit Gott.

Unser Herz schlägt dafür, dass Menschen geistlich neu entfacht werden – Jesus mutig dienen, Mauern überwinden und in Freiheit leben.

Dieser Abend ist auch eine wunderbare Gelegenheit, Freunde einzuladen – selbst Menschen, die noch nicht glauben – in der Erwartung, dass Gott Herzen berührt.

Unser Gebet ist, dass dieser Abend für viele zu einem Wendepunkt wird.
