We are delighted to share the upcoming summer programme of His Holiness Gongma Trichen Rinpoche (41st Sakya Trizin) and His Holiness the 43rd Sakya Trizin, Gyana Vajra Rinpoche, including the European Sakya Monlam Chenmo 2026 in Switzerland.

These precious gatherings offer a rare opportunity to receive teachings, empowerments, blessings, and to join the Sangha in collective prayers and aspirations for peace, harmony, and the benefit of all beings.

May these occasions become causes for wisdom, compassion, and positive connections to flourish in the hearts of many. 🌸

🌿✨ An Evening of Well-Being, Meditation & Community ✨🌿

Last night, we enjoyed another beautiful gathering at Sakya Kalden Ling Frankfurt, bringing together movement, mindfulness, wisdom, and community.

The evening included:

🧘‍♀️ Lu Jong (Tibetan Healing Yoga) with Jana
🪷 Guided Meditation with Lama Kunga
🌱 TCM Talk: "Health from Ancient Eastern Wisdom" with Ying
🥗 A shared vegetarian dinner and warm exchange among participants

These regular gatherings take place every second Saturday and offer a wonderful opportunity to relax, learn, meditate, and connect with others in a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere.

💛 Everyone is welcome — whether you are completely new to meditation or simply wish to spend a quiet and meaningful evening in good company.

🌟 A great responsibility at a very young age 🌟

As we continue preparing for the visit of His Holiness the 41st Sakya Trizin to Germany, we would like to share this remarkable photograph from his early years 🙏✨

Looking at this image, it is easy to see a young boy. Yet behind this young face rested a profound responsibility: helping to ensure that the ancient tradition of the glorious Sakya lineage would continue to flourish for future generations.

The Sakya lineage is part of an unbroken transmission carried through the celestial Khön family, regarded as emanations of Mañjuśrī, Avalokiteśvara, and Vajrapani. Through this continuity, the precious teachings and practices of the Sakya tradition have remained alive and accessible for the benefit of countless beings throughout the world.

✨ Great qualities often begin quietly. ✨

This photograph reminds us that wisdom, compassion, and dedication are cultivated over a lifetime through study, practice, perseverance, and the guidance of great teachers.

Perhaps it also invites us to reflect:

🌟 Why is His Holiness known for preserving all four schools of Tibetan Buddhism? 🌟

As we continue preparing for the visit of His Holiness the 41st Sakya Trizin to Germany, we would like to share something very special about his life and practice 🙏✨

Although His Holiness is one of the main holders of the Sakya tradition, he also studied under about thirty great masters from all traditions of Tibetan Buddhism, becoming deeply accomplished in both learning and practice 🕊️

This is considered something very rare.

His Holiness has always emphasized harmony, mutual respect, and the preservation of the Dharma beyond sectarian divisions 💛

✨ Like four sacred rivers flowing into one vast ocean ✨

Through his example, we are reminded that the essence of the Buddha’s teachings is wisdom, compassion, and benefiting others 🌍

✨ On the auspicious occasion of Saga Dawa, a beautiful new beginning has blossomed in Italy with the inauguration of the new Sakya Ngon Ga Ling Center. 🙏

During these sacred days honoring the Birth, Enlightenment, and Mahaparinirvana of Buddha Shakyamuni, practitioners gathered together to share meditation, Dharma teachings, and joyful connection as Sangha. 🕯️💛

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Lama Kunga Choedak for offering introductory meditation, Samatha and Vipassana teachings, and for inspiring so many through his presence and kindness. 🙏

Seeing Dharma communities grow in different parts of the world is deeply inspiring — a reminder that wisdom, compassion, and inner peace continue to reach more and more beings. 🌍✨
