Thanks to all who joined us for our last service last Sunday. It was a moving and beautiful gathering where we reflected on Uptown’s long 26 year history and worshipped God together with friends and family and Uptowners from all eras.

Shout out to the Church on Oxford Hill for welcoming us home and hosting us this fall!

Dear friends, I’m afraid I have some hard news. I found out this past Tuesday that my cancer has returned and is in my lungs. It looks to be the same cancer that was in my kidneys. Apparently traveling to the lungs is a path it can take. This, of course, is not good. The ER doctor made that clear....

I would like to let my friends know that my mom's memorial will be on April 20th in Abbotsford at Seedling Church (formerly Abbotsford Baptist Church) on the corner of Busby and Hillside. Time of the service will be 1:00 pm.
