Two office rentals are available at The Church of the Epiphany and St. Mark, at 201 Cowan Ave. two doors south of the Parkdale Library on Queen Street and three blocks west of Dufferin Ave. Both are at the back of the building on the main floor and have ceiling-level windows.

The first one is 82 square feet, and will cost $316 per month.

The second one is is 556 square feet, and will cost $1,813 per month.

These both include washrooms shared with other users, cleaning of the common spaces, and heating, electricity, and water bills. They are unfortunately not accessible to wheelchairs due to six steps inside the building.

Congratulations to the Rev. Canon Maggie Helwig of Saint Stephen’s-in-the-Fields Anglican Church for winning the Shaughnessy Cohen prize, dedicated to works of Canadian political non-fiction, for her powerful book “Encampment” last week.

"The God of the economy is a human creation, and human lives are what really matter. You do have power and you do have choices about how you use that power.
