Since 1848, our church has stood as a beacon of strength and faith in Southwestern Ontario. When we joined with the United Church of Canada in its formation in 1925, all that changed is we became part of something greater; a community of believers with impact and reach far beyond what one church could do on its own. We are proud to be part of the United Church, and uphold its principles of openness, inclusiveness and equality for all.

The choir of St. Marys United Church along with other signers will be presenting the Crucifixion by Sir John Stainer on Good Friday at 3:00pm.
Everyone welcome.

This short oration tells through music the Passion Story, beginning with Christ and his disciples in Gethsemane and ends with the crucifixion in Good Friday.
All welcome to rejoice.

This is presented in the form of a service or sacred meditation.
As such, there will be no admission charge.
Free-will offerings accepted at the door.

This week at Pray & Play, we’ll be exploring day 5 of Creation: Tails and Wings! 🐠 🕊️ We'll do a fish dot art activity, a bird craft, help birds and sea creatures make their homes in our sensory bins, and play a special parachute game to send birds up to the sky!

Join us this Friday from 9:30-11AM. Pray & Play is FREE for children aged 0-6 and their parents/caregivers.

As in Canada we awake to news of escalating war, we call for prayer for those in Iran, Israel and the entire region who have been affected by the attack by Israel and the US on Iran, and the Iranian missiles fired on Israel. We pray for those in Canada and globally who are awaiting word on their families and loved ones. We call on the violence to cease:

Holy One, we seek your mercy.
For those in fear, bring safety.
For those in pain, bring consolation.
For those awaiting news, nurture hope.
For those providing care, bring resilience.
Loving God, we seek your peace that passes all understanding.
May the violence cease and your deep peace come. Amen
