This world is pulling people farther from God every day. But real believers are not called to drift with the current. We are called to walk against it.

You do not have to change your convictions to fit into today’s culture.

Darkness does not need more agreement. It needs somebody full of the Holy Ghost who will stand up and say, “As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”

Do not trade the presence of God for the approval of people.
Do not water down truth just because it offends somebody.
Do not lower your standards because the world lowered theirs.

Jesus is still the answer.
Holiness still matters.
The Bible is still true.
And the fire of God is still real.

In a world full of compromise, be somebody who still burns for Christ. 🔥

1. Prayer Keeps You Close to God

Prayer is how we build a relationship with the Lord. Just like friendships grow through communication, our walk with God grows when we spend time talking with Him daily.

Whatever comes my way today, I’m not facing it alone and I’m definitely not facing it powerless. Jesus already gave us authority over all the power of the enemy. Fear has to go. Anxiety has to go. Every attack from the enemy has to bow to the Name of Jesus Christ.

Some of you need to stop talking defeated when God already called you victorious. The same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead lives on the inside of us. So lift your head up today and remember who you belong to. You are anointed. You are covered. You are not backing down.

“Behold, I give unto you power… over all the power of the enemy.” Luke 10:19

In Jesus’ Name, every chain breaks and every mountain has to move. Amen.

At midnight, when it was the darkest, when their backs were bleeding, when their future looked shut down and locked up… they didn’t complain. They didn’t quit.

They praised.

“About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them.” Acts 16:25

Listen… anybody can praise when the door is open. Anybody can shout when the answer shows up. But it takes real faith to lift your voice when you’re in chains, when you’re hurting, when nothing makes sense.

Paul and Silas didn’t wait for a breakthrough.
They praised before it came.

And heaven responded.

The ground shook. The chains broke. The doors flew open.

Here’s the truth most people miss.
Your praise is not just a reaction. It is a weapon.

When you praise God in the dark place:

You confuse the enemy

You strengthen your spirit

You invite the power of God into your situation

Some of you are waiting for God to move… and God is waiting for your praise.

Don’t let the prison silence you.
Don’t let the pressure shut your mouth.

Open it. Lift it. Use it.

Because one sound of praise in the midnight hour will do what hours of worry never will.

This is your moment. Praise Him in the dark. Breakthrough is closer than you think.

The Church is not called to tolerate each other, we are called to burn with the love of Christ. Drop the offense, kill the division, and love like your life depends on it, because it does. Real believers do not gossip, tear down, or walk away, they stand, forgive fast, and fight for unity. This is the mark of true disciples. John 13:35 “By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Dr. Marilyn Hickey on Saturday, April 25, 2026. A faithful servant of God, Marilyn dedicated her life to covering the earth with God's Word--inspiring faith in countless lives. Though we mourn this loss, we find peace in knowing she is now in the presence of the Lord and her ministry will continue for generations to come. Please join us in praying for her family and loved ones during this time. "Well done, good and faithful servant" (Matthew 25:23).

You might get knocked down… more than once.

Bible says in Proverbs 24:16 that even the righteous fall seven times… but they get back up again.

Plain and simple. Falling isn’t failure. Staying down is.

Life will hit you. People will disappoint you. You might even disappoint yourself. But the difference is this. You don’t quit. You rise again.

Every time you get back up, you’re proving that what’s in you is stronger than what’s trying to break you.

So don’t give up. Get back up. Again. And again. And again.

Prayer:

Father, in the name of Jesus, I lift up every person reading this right now who feels hurt, weighed down, or discouraged.

For those carrying pain, disappointment, guilt, or shame… I thank You that You are not done with them. You are the lifter of their head.

Strengthen them right now. Let hope rise again. Let peace flood their mind. Break every heavy burden and remind them that they are not disqualified… they are still called, still chosen, and still standing.

Give them the courage to get back up one more time.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
