We believe in the Triune God. In fact, the Athanasian Creed (which we normally only confess once a year) says, “Whoever wishes to be saved must, above all else, hold to the true Christian faith. Whoever does not keep this faith pure in all points will certainly perish forever.” The doctrine of the Trinity is not a logical exercise or a dogmatic excursion. It’s central to our salvation. The Triune God is our Creator, Redeemer, and Sanctifier. Lose this doctrine and, as the Creed says, you lose it all. A Jesus who is less than God is also less than Saviour.

Join us tomorrow as we begin a new series exploring the Apostles’ Creed, which similarly—if in less depth—examines our Triune God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

The Open Air Fair is happening this Sunday! Bring a lawn chair and gather with us at 10:00am for outdoor worship in the field beside the church.

After worship, stay for a free BBQ lunch, giveaways (including Edmonton Elks tickets!), games, activities for all ages, and a pie-eating contest! The festivities continue until 2:00pm.

Please consider bringing a food or cash donation for the St. Albert Food Bank .

If the weather turns rainy, we’ll move everything indoors. See you Sunday!

The Spirit provides faith and purpose for life. Pentecost, the celebration of the special arrival of the Holy Spirit, is the third great festival of the Church, along with the Nativity and the Resurrection. Pentecost closes the fifty-day period after Easter and ends the festival half of the church year.
