The Ascension wasn't a goodbye. It was "Until I come back."
When Jesus ascended into heaven, the angels said:
"This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen Him go into heaven." — Acts 1:11

He left physically — He's coming back physically. He left in the clouds — He's coming back in the clouds. He left from the Mount of Olives — He's returning to the Mount of Olives. He left with a blessing — He's coming back to fulfill every promise.
This isn't goodbye. This is "Until I come back."

So how should we live in the meantime?
Live with expectation. Live with excitement. Live busy fulfilling your divine assignment with the power of the Holy Spirit.

As Martin Luther said: "Live as though Christ died yesterday, rose this morning, and is coming back tomorrow."

Jesus is coming soon. Are you ready?

Good Friday reminds us that love isn't just a word — it's an action. Jesus walked toward the cross knowing the cost, and He chose us anyway. As Friday draws near, let's give thanks for a sacrifice we could never repay.

A King walked into a city knowing it would kill Him.
He came anyway.

No army. No sword. No throne. Just a donkey and a road lined with palm branches.
The crowd shouted "Hosanna!" — Save us.

And He was about to. Just not the way anyone expected.

By Sunday they were worshipping Him.
By Friday they were screaming for His blood.
He knew.
And He still walked that road.

For them. For you. For all of us.

He knew every betrayal before it happened.
Every denial before it was spoken.
Every nail before it was driven.
And He still walked through those gates.

This Sunday is Palm Sunday.
The beginning of the week that changed everything.
And you're invited.
Just an open door and a God who already made the first move.

He walked toward you first. Will you meet Him this Sunday?
