POSON POYA DAY OF PRACTICE

Warm greetings Friends in the Dhamma,

You are warmly invited to join us in person or online for a Poson Poya Day of Practice at the Mahindarama Sīma, beside Diyawanna Lake.

The programme will include meditation, Dhamma reflections, chanting, quiet practice, and fellowship.

Bhante Joe will join online to lead the Dhamma reflections, Q&A, and personal interviews. The in-person meditation sessions will be led by Venerable Tay.

10:00–11:00 AM — Guided sitting meditation

11:00 AM–1:00 PM — Lunch and rest

Afternoon

1:00 PM — Walking meditation

2:00 PM — Guided sitting meditation

3:00 PM — Walking meditation and personal interviews

4:00–5:00 PM — Dhamma talk, Q&A, and closing chanting with Bhante Joe

5:00 PM — Clean-up, tea, and fellowship
