🎉 The countdown is on! 🎉

Our Holy Redeemer 60th Anniversary Gala is now just over 2 months away! We are excited to celebrate on September 26th at 6.30pm at the Markham Convention Centre.

⏰ The deadline to purchase tickets is Sunday, July 26. After that, any additional requests will be placed on a waitlist.

This is the grand finale of our 60th Anniversary celebrations, and it promises to be an unforgettable evening of fellowship, celebration, music, and memories. We are honoured to welcome Bishop Vincent Nguyen as our special guest, along with visiting priests from Manresa and our neighbouring parishes.

🎶 By popular demand, our incredible Saturday 5:00 p.m. Choir Band—who had everyone dancing at our Multicultural Day—will be providing the entertainment once again!

🎟️ Our volunteers will be selling tickets after every Mass over the next two weekends.

On the evening of June 30th, our Multicultural Day Committee gathered to unwind, celebrate, and debrief after an incredible event.

We reflected on what went well, discussed opportunities to make future years even better, and most importantly, took time to cherish the dedication of our volunteers and the extraordinary generosity of our parish community.

Thank you to everyone who gave their time, talents, and hearts to make One Parish, Many Nations such a beautiful success. Here’s to many more years of celebrating our diversity, strengthening our faith, and growing together as one family in Christ. 🌎❤️⛪

A huge congratulations to Melissa D’Souza, the winner of our Multicultural Day Passport Challenge! 🌍✨

Melissa visited all of our cultural pavilions, completed her passport, and after a raffle draw has won $100! 💰👏

Thank you to everyone who participated, explored the many cultures that make up our parish family, and helped make our day such a success.

Today, on Father’s Day, we give thanks for all the fathers in our Holy Redeemer family—those who lovingly guide, protect, and support their children each day.

We also celebrate grandfathers, godfathers, spiritual fathers, mentors, and all those who have embraced a fatherly role in the lives of others. Your witness of faith, sacrifice, and love helps build our parish community and reflects the heart of our Heavenly Father.

We remember in a special way the fathers who have gone before us. May they rest in the peace of Christ, and may their legacy of love continue to inspire future generations.

Happy Father’s Day from all of us at Holy Redeemer Parish. May God bless you and your families today and always.
