We will also be celebrating individuals that have chosen to be baptized on this night! šŸ„³

Hey Portico YA!

SUMMER 2022 is just around the corner!

We are excited to announce that this summer our very own Daniel Fredric, will be running once again the RNWD Fitness Camp.

But thereā€™s a twistā€¦

RNWD will have two camps. They will be running both a general fitness camp as well as an Athlete performance camp.

The General fitness camp is geared toward anyone ages 14+ years old who would like to work Ā on their overall fitness, strength and conditioning.

The Athlete performance camp is geared towards anyone ages 14+ years old who are looking to increase their explosiveness, agility, strength and conditioning.

More specifically RNWD will be working on improving vertical jump, broad jump, sprint speed, upper body explosiveness and bullet proofing the body.

The program will consist of 6 in-person workouts and an at-home workout plan over a six week span. There will as well be a faith component after each workout.
