CHANGE TO CHURCH OFFICE HOURS: Please note that church office will now be closed on Mondays. It remains open Tues/Wed: 9am – 12, Thurs/Fri from 9am – 2:30.
Looking for Hymnbook Sponsors! The new United Church of Canada hymnbook, call Then Let Us Sing! Launched in 2025 and Susan Barta has been introducing the congregation to its songs since the launch, but only she and Rev. Joy actually own a copy of the book. Susan would like to encourage the congregation to sponsor the purchase of the books for the Choir (15 copies). People are encouraged to make a $38. donation to the church to cover the cost of one copy of the book (this includes tax and shipping). Then Let Us Sing has bookplates so we will be able to use them to thank the donor and honour the person they’ve made the donation for. Please consider sponsoring a hymnbook in time for All Saints Day (Nov. 1). Donations may be made at the church office.
Pizza, Pot Pie and Cabbage Roll pick up: 12noon – 1pm on Sunday, Nov. 15th in the boardroom. Thank you for your support!
Ingersoll and District Inter-Church Kettle Campaign – Volunteers are needed for our designated day on Tuesday, Nov. 24th – 1 hour shifts from 11am – 6pm at Tremblett’s Independent store. A back up volunteer is also needed. Please consider signing up for a shift on the flip chart in the sanctuary or call the church office at 519-485-0820 if you are interested. Volunteers can work in pairs or on their own. Thank you.
Are you interested in learning more about Legacy Giving at Trinity? There will be an informational meeting held Nov. 22nd from 12 – 1pm following church with a light lunch provided.
Operation Christmas Child is now underway. Shoeboxes are now available in the parlour. Filled boxes are to be returned to the church by November 15th. See Ian Masson for details.
FLOWER SADDLES: Please note that flower saddles are available for sale for $45.00. A selection of samples can be viewed on the shelf outside of the church office. Custom orders can also be placed by contacting Ellen Funnell (note: cost may vary). Proceeds from the sale of flower saddles goes to a variety of charities. Thank you.
COFFEE VOLUNTEERS: The Board has requested that committees sign up to prepare and serve refreshments. Someone from the following Committees may approach you to help. We are trying to get more people to be involved!

GREETERS REQUIRED: This involves standing in the foyer from 10am – 10:30am on Sunday morning greeting members of the congregation/visitors, directing them where to place their offering, and presenting the offering during the worship service. Please indicate your interest by putting your name on the sign-up sheet in the sanctuary.
GIVING TO TRINITY- Trinity can accept e-transfers. Address to transfer your donation is [email protected] It is set up that you will have to ask a question to be answered by the bookkeeper, Julie. Please make the question something simple like “what is the month?” or “what town is the church located?
