We help children follow the way of Jesus by:
🌱 Growing faith that lasts,
🩵 Learning to love like Jesus, and
🏡 Building friendships that feel like family

Kids ministry is vital to a healthy church. So we take that very seriously… and have as much fun with it as possible! Kids learn at an incredible pace and have imaginations with little boundary. This isn’t a challenge of a kids ministry but rather the jumping-off point! We endeavour to meet kids where they’re at, partner with them, and help them grow into God’s plan. We do this through different aged ministries and there’s something for everyone!

Happy Thanksgiving to all of our Crosspoint kids! 🍂
We had a super silly morning playing turkey tag, hunting for pumpkins, and making mashed potato sculptures 🥔
The kids learned all about being thankful with a fun object lesson about donuts, so of course we had to have some mini donuts too! 🍩

🚀 Rings, Ice Storms, and Resilient Faith 🚀
That's what this week in kids church was all about! We smashed ice cubes, made explosions, and had epic balloon battles! All while learning about leaning on God when life feels like a crazy windstorm.
Join us next week to see where in the universe we're going next!

🌓 This week at kids church we explored the Moon! 🌓
We learned about reflections, how the moon reflects the sun, and how we reflect Jesus! Remember next week to bring your Bibles, we're headed off to Saturn!
Our lesson recap page for parents is attached in the comments for you to keep the discussion going at home!

☀ This week in Kids Church we blasted off to the Sun!! ☀
Today we learned how GIGANTIC the Sun is! How God is so powerful that he created the Sun and how God gives us His power through the Holy Spirit! In our science experiment we learned that if the Earth was the size of a cherry tomato, the Sun would be 4 meters in diameter. You could fit almost 1 million earths inside the Sun! So we measured out a 4 meter Sun and stamped as many Earths in it as we possibly could, a million is A LOT 🌎
We sent lesson review sheets home with everyone to keep the discussion going at home! If you missed one or lost yours, we will post a picture in the comments here!
