What we are witnessing is not just political, and it is not just economic. This is spiritual.
The Bible warned us that there would be times like this. Not moments of comfort, but moments of shaking.
Not seasons of ease, but seasons where everything that can be shaken will be shaken.
The problem is that many have grown too comfortable, too distracted, too anchored in the temporary. And now, when the ground begins to move, they do not understand what they are seeing. But those who know their God should not be surprised. Scripture has already told us that there is a battle beyond what our eyes can see, and it is intensifying.
Right now, there is a war of truth versus deception, light versus darkness, order versus chaos. You are seeing confusion spread like wildfire. You are watching fear grip hearts. You are seeing narratives collide and people pulled in a hundred different directions. But God is not the author of confusion. The chaos is not coming from Him. It is the result of a world that has rejected His ways and is now reaping the consequences of that rebellion.
And yet, in the middle of all this, the call to the believer has not changed.
This is the hour to wake up.
This is not the time to be distracted by endless voices, endless scrolling, or endless speculation. This is the time to return to the secret place, to get on your face before the Lord, and to remember who He is. He is still the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. He has not lost control. He has not stepped off the throne. While nations rage and leaders make decisions that impact millions, heaven is not in panic. God is sovereign, and He is watching to see who will stand, who will pray, and who will remain faithful.
But there must be a return to the fear of the Lord.
We have lost something in this generation. There has been too much casualness with holy things. Too much compromise. Too much mixture. But when the earth begins to shake, it exposes what is real and what is not. It reveals whether our foundation is truly built on Christ or on the shifting sands of culture, comfort, and convenience. The fear of the Lord is not about being afraid of Him in a way that drives us away, but a reverence that brings us to our knees, a recognition that He is holy, righteous, and worthy of complete surrender.
The hour demands a people who are fully His.
Not halfway in. Not divided. Not lukewarm. Fully surrendered.
You cannot fight a spiritual battle with a compromised life. You cannot stand in a shaking world without being rooted in truth. You cannot discern what is happening if you are not anchored in the Word of God. The armor of God is not a suggestion for another season. It is a necessity right now. Truth must gird you. Righteousness must guard you. Faith must shield you. And the Word of God must be alive in you.
Do not be swept into fear. Do not be pulled into confusion. Do not be led by the noise.
Lift your eyes.
God is calling His people higher in this hour. Higher in holiness. Higher in discernment. Higher in boldness. There is a separating taking place. A refining. A preparing of a people who will not bow, who will not break, and who will not be moved by the chaos around them.
The world is shaking. But the Kingdom of God is not.
And those who belong to Him must remember who they are, who they serve, and why they are here.
