Join us for a day-long pilgrimage in prayer for the Edmonton Archdiocese and all converts to the faith.

We will start with an opening Mass at 8:00 AM in Lamont and close with a BBQ social at Skaro Shrine. Our route will be approximately 30 km.

A pilgrimage is one of the oldest forms of Christian prayer precisely because it engages the whole person. Your aching legs, the open sky, the miles covered in silence or song, all of it becomes an offering. There is something the body understands about sacrifice and intercession that the mind alone can't reach. To walk for the Archdiocese and those newly entering the faith is to make your prayer visible, one step at a time.

Come prepared for a day of walking and prayer, rain or shine!

Join us for a Young Adult BBQ after C-YEG Mass for an evening of food, fellowship, and a talk on the Catholic tradition of pilgrimage.

We’re excited to welcome Dr. Ryan Topping executive director of the Gregory the Great Institute, for a short talk, followed by time together enjoying pilgrimage hymns, lawn games, and community.
