In case you missed it...
Congratulations, thanks and best wishes to our Incumbent, the Ven. Bonnie Luft, as she takes on the role of being Archdeacon of Bow Valley, in addition to her duties at St. Peter's. We pray you are blessed by this new role – we already know you'll continue to be a blessing!

Blessings and congratulations also to Ven. Charmaine, our beloved Executive Officer. Thank you for your tireless and faithful service to our Diocese!

Caught in the act! Look what mischief these tricksters from our creative team made with our church sign this week…
Happy Halloween — stay safe out there!

Don't miss our 51st Fall Fair, this Saturday! Handicrafts, pies, squares, cookies & other baked goods, Jams, jellies, pickles & other preserves, a white elephant table, and so much more. But don't take our word for it – join us between 9:30 AM and 3 PM, and see for yourself! (Our friends from Smile Studio Calgary will be there, too – make sure to stop by and say hi!)

As we celebrate Harvest Thanksgiving this Sunday, October 11, we're excited to welcome Lois Reid, Alongside Hope's Representative in The Anglican Diocese of Calgary, to our pulpit. Lois will tell us about the amazing work of this awesome organization, in a message titled The Power of Partnership. Join us in-person at 10 AM, if you can!

Interested in an impromptu conversation about God? Stop by our front lawn on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays this fall, between 3 and 4 PM, for a friendly chat with our Student Assistant, Liam Getty.

We won’t be doing either of our services at Heritage Park tomorrow, but Rev. Banjo (AKA Rob Petkau) and will be leading worship in our chapel at 8 AM, and rumour has it that Liam Getty will be preaching. Come one, come all! (There might even be cinnamon buns after the service…)

Something often described in Episcopal parishes: the celebrant and everyone around the altar are sweating, while the congregation complains that the A/C is freezing them into icicles. (Meme shared from Fete In Heaven)

We won’t make announcements when our creative team is having a good summer, but there will be signs…

A few snaps from our Stampede Breakfast this morning. Thanks to the crew who set up, cooked, served and cleaned up; thanks to all who came, and thank God the storm came after everything was safely stowed! !

Just one more sleep! Rustle up the dogies and mosey on down for our Stampede Breakfast, tomorrow from 9:30 AM until High Noon! Flapjacks & sausages, bluegrass Gospel tunes, a short & lively message and a bouncy castle for the little buckaroos. Yahoo!
