The genuineness and sincerity in the hearts of children is worthy of emulation. No wonder Jesus tells us in Matthew 18, to embody child-like character to enter the Kingdom of God. He emphasised this again in Matthew 19:14 "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these."

On Sunday we asked our children what they will serve the Lord if He comes to visit them?

As we prepare to celebrate our wonderful kids, this is an important question for us all. For behold, He stands at the door of your heart and knocks and desires to visit you and dine with you. Will you gladly welcome him today?

We invite you to join our juvenile harvest program of event that starts this Sunday, May 31, 2026, with a charity exercise at Calgary Downtown.

You may join the other programs in person at our location (440 28th Street NE, Calgary) or online on YouTube and Facebook (CCC Calgary Model Parish).

Children are a heritage from the Lord, offspring a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are children born in one’s youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their opponents in court (Psalms 127:3-5, NIV).

It is not more a news that our girls performed excellently at the first CCC National Quiz Competition hosted by parish over the weekend in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

Not only did they perform excellently, we were crowned the champions of the maiden edition of the competition!

Congratulations to for this great accomplishment.

Without a doubt, this was a thoroughly planned event and we congratulate planning team on this resounding success.
