Today we celebrate the birth of the Church and the power of the Holy Spirit at work in believers today. This message explores the connection between the Tower of Babel and Pentecost, showing how humanity was once divided by language and pride, but through the Holy Spirit we are united in Christ with purpose and power. Walking through Genesis 11, Luke 24, and Acts 1–2, we see the promise Jesus gave His followers fulfilled as the Spirit empowered ordinary people to boldly proclaim the Gospel. From Peter’s transformation to the revival at Azusa Street, this sermon reminds us that the Holy Spirit still changes lives, breaks barriers, and calls the Church to live fully devoted to God. The invitation remains the same today: be filled with the Spirit and become a witness to the world around you.

Through Scripture from Exodus 32, Romans 1, Psalm 51, and 1 Corinthians 11, we are reminded that only Jesus Christ is worthy of our worship, surrender, and devotion. As we approach the communion table together, this message invites us into repentance, renewal, and a fresh alignment of our hearts with God. The cross and the sacrifice of Jesus remain the only source of true life, freedom, and salvation. May this be a moment to lay down every idol, return to the Father with humility, and experience the restoring power of His presence once again.
