Joel 2:25 - โI will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten.โ
- God is saying He will restore you for all the years you have labored.
- We have different classes: to the youth, God says your journey is still ahead; to the elders, glory be to God, your time is now.
- You have lived and done so much for many people, yet they never thanked you. Instead, they kicked you and called you names such as โwitch.โ
- When God wants to rescue you, He uses manโand that man must hold onto faith.
- Those who know God are like God; they stand and say, โThe Lord has given, and the Lord has taken.โ
- You shall be restored in the name of Jesusโwhether you lost a job, fell sick, were fired, or even lost a child.
- In seven days from now, you shall receive a job.
- Many of us have people we must lose in our lives. Sometimes you must cut yourself off from them.
- There are places we should never go back to.
Job 42:1
- Job feared God, but his wife did not. She only loved Job because he was rich.
- Job declared: โThe Lord has given, and the Lord has taken away.โ
- When his children died, Job did not cry. When his wife died, he did not cry. God allowed Jobโs wife to die.
- Some problems exist because God allows them. But today is a different dayโyour life is turning around.
- The difference between you and your turnaround is praying for your friends.
- The Bible says: โMy people perish for lack of knowledge.โ We must pray for Godโs people.
- The Bible also says God restored Job twice what he lost when he prayed for his friends. Love your neighbor as you love yourself.
