IN HIS TIME, ALL THINGS ARE GOOD
Mrs. Chepete
Mrs. Chepete graced the podium with a joyful aroma to testify to the goodness of the Lord and to return all glory to whom it rightfully belongs.
She began her testimony by sharing how she had been caring for her ailing mother, who had suffered a fall and sustained injuries. The injury rendered her mother unable to perform daily activities, making her heavily dependent on her children, including Mrs. Chepete. This responsibility placed considerable strain on Mrs. Chepete, as she sought to balance her duties at work with her duties at home.
Yet, through it all, God remained in control.
With God by her side through fervent prayer, she nursed her mother back to health. The old lady regained her full mobility to carry out her daily activities independently.
But God did not stop there. During the month of April, Mrs. Chepete traveled to the church headquarters in Selebi-Phikwe to observe the Easter holiday. While still immersed in the presence of the Holy Spirit, she received a prophetic word from the Man of God, Prophet James, declaring that she would be confirmed in her employment.
Lo and behold, shortly after the Easter holidays, she received an official letter confirming her transition from many years as a temporary employee to a permanent and pensionable position at one of the prestigious commercial banks in the countryβall to the glory of God.
In closing, she urged the brethren to seek the face of God diligently and reminded them that no matter the challenges that arise, one should not flee from God, but run to Him.
