Mother's Day Part 4

A message to Mothers & women in Victory

Restoring the Dignity and Integrity of a woman by Apostle Thatayotlhe James Ben

Scripture: Genesis 3:9-13
“Then the Lord God called to Adam and said to him, ‘Where are you?’ … And the man said, ‘The woman whom You gave to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I ate.’ Then the Lord God said to the woman, ‘What is this you have done?’ The woman said, ‘The serpent deceived me, and I ate.’”

Dear mothers, daughters, and every precious woman in this house,
Today we celebrate you — not just as mothers, but as vital instruments in God’s redemptive plan for humanity.
In the Garden of Eden, after the fall, we see a heartbreaking scene. When God questioned Adam, instead of taking responsibility as the leader God had appointed, Adam shifted blame. He blamed both the woman and God Himself: “The woman You gave me…” In that moment, responsibility was abandoned, and the woman was blamed. From then onwards the fall on mankind was blamed on a woman. The responsibility initially placed on a man was transferred in part to a woman.

Genesis 3:20 And Adam called his wife's name Eve; because she was the mother of all living.
And a woman was declared as mother of all living including a man. You are our mothers.

But our God is a Restorer. Years later, the Angel of the Lord visited Mary and said you shall have a son, this time around the responsibility was not placed upon a man. Therefore when Joseph knew of this, God intervened, This time, you will not run. Stay with her. We are together in this.
Through Mary’s obedience and Joseph’s acceptance, the Savior of the world was born. The One who would reconcile all creation back to God came through a woman. In this beautiful act, God was restoring the dignity and honor of womanhood that had been tarnished in the Garden.

Throughout history, women have often been suppressed and undervalued. But when Jesus came, everything changed. He elevated women in a remarkable way. He surrounded Himself with them. He held deep conversations with them. Remember the Samaritan woman at the well? Jesus dismissed His disciples so He could speak with her. That one encounter was so powerful that she ran back and brought her entire town to Jesus!

Mothers and women, you are nurturing, life-giving, and essential. Without you, this world would truly be in chaos. You bring order, care, wisdom, and love into homes, communities, and nations.
We see this wisdom in action through Abigail in 1 Samuel 25. When her foolish husband Nabal provoked David, Abigail stepped in with courage and discernment. She prevented David from shedding blood and saved many lives. Her quick thinking and godly character show how powerfully a wise woman can influence outcomes.
Men and women are wired differently by God’s design. We are not competitors — we are co-workers. We are meant to complement, appreciate, honor, and embrace one another.

We are therefore dealing and encountering women whose dignity has been restored. You are restored.

Mother's Day service Part 3

A vessel of Honour by Mrs Ditebogo Thatayotlhe-Ben

Today I am here to present to you the mark of a higher calling, to implore you to rise as a vessel of honour.
Let us take this time, as we celebrate motherhood, to reflect on who we are? Therefore I pose a question to you ,do you know who you are? I am not speaking about what others are saying you are? Not whom they wish you were ,but whom you truly are? Today God is calling us unto a place of a higher calling. He is calling us to a place of you honour,He is saying that you are a vessel of honour.

To some of you who might be having doubt ,who have seeds of negativity planted in your mind. Those of you who are unable to hear the word, that is calling us unto a place of a higher calling. They might have written you off, cast you aside, but by His grace we were saved.
Romans 3:23-24 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:
Yes you have sinned , but that is not a disqualification because we those who believe, we have been justified by Grace. Justified by Grace to stand as His vessel of honour.

2 Timothy 2:20-26 But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour.
If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master's use, and prepared unto every good work.Flee from all that can cause impurities to you as a vessel.
Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart.
But foolish and unlearned questions avoid, knowing that they do gender strifes.
And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient,
In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth;
And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.

Is there a vessel that is ready to be used by God? To be used by God for His purpose? This scripture says many are the vessels of different makes and types , some of those are to honour.
Vessel of God , stand in your place honourable before the father.

Remember the call is to purge ourselves. To sanctify ourselves, flee from every impurity. Vessel of honour, are you purified are you fleeing from impurities, keeping yourself by the sanctification you were called by,ready to serve the master? A vessel of honour derves the master whole heartedly, serves with honour and dignity.

Yes we agree ,we were once those who were sinners and had fallen short of God's glory. But grace located us, we are washed f the blood ,set free no longer slaves to sin, once washed of the blood do not go back to roll with pigs in the mud, flee from impurities. Remain sanctified oh vessel of honour.

All this we can do by staying in Christ, knowing whom we are in Christ. Yes challenges will still be there even when you are a sanctified vessel of honour. The devil will come whisper to you , to remind you of the person you used to be, let him find you in the Lord's presence ,let Him find you rooted in His word Let him find you in your purpose.
Let him find you working out your salvation with fear and trembling.

Therefore arise to the mark of a higher calling, and serve the Lord as His vessel of honour.
In this season of His Established Glory, may His Glory be seen in His vessels of honour

Mother's Day Service Part 2

Woman of Faith by Mmaagwe Bo-Tha Setumo

**A Woman of Faith*

**In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, Happy Mother’s Day!**

What a wonderful and honorable thing it is to be a mother. Your children cry out for you in times of trouble — “Mummy!” “Mme wee!” — and in that moment, you are their comfort, their strength, and their safe place.

Today we remember two remarkable women of faith in the Bible: Hannah and Ruth.

Hannah had no children. In her home, she faced constant provocation and humiliation from Peninnah, her husband’s other wife. The pain of barrenness was heavy, and the daily mockery made it even heavier. Yet Hannah refused to remain bitter or hopeless. She carried her pain to the altar of God.

She knew the word of the Lord, and she stood on it by faith. The Bible says:

“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” (Hebrews 11:1)

Hannah was hoping for a child. Before she ever held him in her arms, she believed she would have one. And because she believed, she acted. Hannah prayed — not a quiet, polite prayer, but a desperate, heart-wrenching prayer. She was so specific with God. She didn’t just say, “Lord, give me a child.” She said, “Lord, give me a son.” She even made a vow concerning that son.

**Beloved, be specific when you pray.**
Tell the Lord exactly what you need. If you are looking for a job, tell Him the kind of job you desire. If you need healing, tell Him. If you need breakthrough in your marriage or family, tell Him. God honors bold, faith-filled prayers.

Let us be Christians whose faith does not waver. Let us look at Ruth — a woman of great humility and loyalty. When tragedy struck and her mother-in-law Naomi urged her to return to her own people, Ruth gave a powerful declaration of faith and commitment:

“Your people shall be my people, and your God, my God.” (Ruth 1:16)

Because of her unwavering faith and humility, Ruth, a Moabite woman, became part of the lineage of Jesus Christ. She is among the great-grandmothers of our Saviour.

**Dear sisters and mothers**, whatever challenge you are facing today — barrenness, delay, rejection, loss, or difficulty — do not lose heart. Like Hannah, bring your pain to God in honest, specific prayer. Like Ruth, stay humble, loyal, and faithful even when the road is hard.

May the Lord help us all to walk by faith and not by sight, so that we too may touch the hem of His garment and receive the miracles we long for.

**Happy Mother’s Day once again!**
God bless every mother, every woman trusting God for a miracle, and every heart that believes. Amen.

Sunday Service 10th May 2026
Mother's day Service

We had Ministration by three women being a woman of praise, a woman of faith and a woman of Honour.

Woman of Praise by Sister Thiwa

Scripture: Psalm 34:1
“I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth.”
Dear mothers, daughters, sisters, and every woman of God gathered here today,
Contrary to what many believe, praise is not limited to singing. Praise is our response to God in every season of life. It is the gratitude, honor, worship, and thanksgiving we offer Him—for who He is, for what He has done, and for what He has promised to do. True praise does not depend on our circumstances; it rises above them.
From this scripture, we learn that praise ushers us into the very presence of God. So, who is a Woman of Praise? She is a woman who remains thankful in every situation. She chooses to bless the Lord at all times.
We see this powerful truth in the story of King Jehoshaphat in 2 Chronicles 20. Judah was surrounded by a vast army and facing certain defeat. Instead of relying on weapons or military strategy, the people worshipped and praised the Lord. As they began to sing and praise, God caused confusion in the enemy’s camp, and the battle was won without Judah lifting a sword. That is the power of praise! Even in confusion, even in battle, praise brings victory.
Think also of Mary, the mother of our Lord Jesus. When the angel announced that she would conceive and give birth to the Messiah, she knew her life would never be the same. She would face misunderstanding, shame, and hardship—even from her own fiancé. Yet, what was her response? She praised God. In Luke 1, her heart overflowed with worship: “My soul magnifies the Lord, and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior!”
Mary teaches every mother here today a powerful lesson: Even when the road ahead looks uncertain, a godly woman chooses praise.
My dear sisters, on this Mother’s Day, God is calling you to be Women of Praise. Whether you are rejoicing in a good season or walking through a difficult one—whether your children are young and energetic, grown and gone, or whether your heart carries the quiet ache of unfulfilled dreams—let His praise continually be in your mouth.
Today, the Lord is looking for mothers who will model praise for their families. Your children are watching. Your household is listening. When they see you bless the Lord at all times, you plant seeds of faith that will outlive you.
Happy Mother’s Day! May the Lord strengthen you, honor you, and fill your mouth with continual praise.
