Gomolemo Mark Kalayakgosi Snr, born and raised in Palapye, Botswana, is the Senior Pastor and Overseer of Mount Horeb Prophetic Chur
ch (Horeb International Chapel). His spiritual journey began at a young age when he received the Lord Jesus Christ during Sunday School at Palapye Assemblies of God. By age 13, his divine calling became evident, leading to invitations to minister at youth all‑night prayers and Christian gatherings. At 16, he was honored as the Best Scripture Union Student, a testament to his early devotion. Marked by prophetic manifestations, healings, miracles, deliverance, and Spirit‑filled preaching, he was ordained as a full‑time minister at 19 under Fire Aglow Prayer Ministries International. Though he briefly paused ministry to pursue tertiary education in Multimedia at Francistown College, he returned at 21 to pastoral leadership and later ministered in Zimbabwe and Mozambique. At 23, under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, he founded Mount Horeb Prophetic Church, officially registered in Botswana. Prophet Kalayakgosi’s ministry has reached Zimbabwe, South Africa, Mozambique, and Nigeria. He also pioneered Botswana’s first Christian radio station, Horeb FM (2016-2017). Academically, he holds a BA in Psychology (Eden University), a Diploma in Psychosocial Counselling (Chainama College of Health Sciences), an Associate Degree in Divinity, and multiple diplomas in ministry, discipleship, and mental health awareness. Beyond ministry, he is an award‑winning illustrator, recognized with accolades such as:
