shelagabedi, Selibi-Phikwe and Gaborone. You will find sound, biblical and inspiring teaching. Experience heartfelt praise and worship and opportunities to become involved in serving the Lord. Matthew and Kristin Buckley in 2001. They graduated from Rhema Bible Training Centre, USA in 1987 and 1988 respectively. Pastor Matthew and Pastor Kristin are both ordained by, and members of, the Rhema Ministerial Association International. Their vision is to teach the Word of God and share what they have learned throughout the years to enable men and women to be fully equipped to serve the Lord wherever He has called them. Worship: Sunday 10:00 to 12:00am

Light of the World Academy

Light of the World Academy is a Christian school reaching families with children between the ages of 2 ½ and 6 and soon expanding to primary levels. This school began in 1999 and has already been used in a tremendous way to bless the community by demonstrating the love of Christ and by providing a quality education in a Christian environment. Sermon Highlight: "When we hold everything with an open hand, God can use what we have and create room to entrust us with even more."

In Sunday’s message, Pastor Buckley reminded us that holding onto our possessions with a tight grip limits how God can work through us.

Living with an open hand means recognizing that everything we own comes from God and exists for His purpose. Holding our resources loosely doesn't mean we lose out—it allows God to use what we currently have for His Kingdom while creating room in our lives for Him to bless us further. When we shift from a mindset of ownership to stewardship, giving ceases to be a burden and becomes our absolute joy.

Verse of the Week

2 Corinthians 8:9
"For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through His poverty might be rich."

In Sunday's message, Pastor Buckley explained that Jesus took our poverty at the cross as our legal substitute. He absorbed our lack so that we could be redeemed from the curse of poverty and step into His definition of being rich: having a full supply and financial margin.

You do not have to tolerate financial worry or the stronghold of lack. Because of Jesus' sacrifice, you are set free to live in His abundance.

This week, remember where your blessings come from, hold them with an open hand, and trust Him to provide your full supply.

My P**a Has A Purpose

In Part 2 of this message, Pastor Buckley shares how biblical prosperity is directly tied to divine purpose. When God prospers us, we must remember two key principles: remember where the blessing came from, and remember what it is for.

Are we holding onto our possessions with a tight grip, or are we holding them with an open hand? When we live open-handed, we allow God to use what we have, and we make room for Him to entrust us with even more.

Pastor Buckley breaks down the Greek word "antilutron"—representing the binding legal transaction at the cross where Jesus stood as our substitute. He took our poverty so that we could receive His full supply and margin. We are not blessed to live selfishly, but so that we may generously abound to every good work.

Let the Word of God break through any wrong thinking or strongholds of lack today. It is time to live and give with clear, Kingdom purpose.

My P**a Has A Purpose

In this Sunday's message, Pastor Buckley shared a transformative teaching on the true relationship between faith, wealth, and stewardship.

The Danger of Losing Purpose The life of King Solomon teaches us that it is possible to possess immense wealth but lose sight of God’s purpose (Ecclesiastes 1:2-3). God creates good things to serve us, but they are always meant to remain outside of us. When we allow material possessions to occupy the center of our hearts, they take the place where only God belongs (Matthew 5:3).

Stewardship vs. Ownership Scripture calls us to view what we have from a position of stewardship rather than ownership (Mark 11:2-3). When we hold our resources with a closed fist, we make it difficult for God to move through them, and we close ourselves off from receiving more. True freedom comes only when the center of our desire is focused on God.

Redemption and True Riches Through Christ, we have been redeemed from poverty (2 Corinthians 8:9). Being rich is not defined by a specific financial number or becoming a millionaire; rather, it is a "Full Supply". It is an abundance that allows for "margin"—having room and something left over, rather than immediately increasing our spending just because our earnings increase.

The Assignment on Your Assets To align our resources with God's plan, we must remember:

- Our pulas have a purpose.
- Our money has a mission.
- Our assets have assignments.

The Blessed Checklist When God blesses us, we must remain humble (Deuteronomy 8:17-18) and always remember two things:

- Remember where it came from.
- Remember what it is for.

Let us live this week with open hands, ensuring that what we do with what we have is always aligned with our God-given purpose.

Verse of the Week

Romans 12:1-2: "I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God that you present your bodies a living sacrifice... And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove [demonstrate] what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God."

In her message, Pastor Kristin Buckley unpacks Romans 12:1-2 as a daily, moment-by-moment call to consecration.

She explains that unlike Old Testament sacrifices which were a "one-and-done" event, presenting ourselves as a "living sacrifice" is a continuous, daily lifestyle. It means staying yielded to God through every practical reality of our week—whether we are navigating a job promotion, a relationship ending, or financial uncertainty.

By refusing to conform to the world and actively renewing our minds, we "prove"—or make visible—God's goodness. Ultimately, Pastor Kristin connects this to the sermon's core theme: our level of consecration determines the amount of God's power and character we can demonstrate to the world around us.

This past Sunday, Pastor Kristin Buckley brought a powerful word for Part 2 of our mini-series, His Purpose, My Yes. Instead of looking at our lives through a microscope to force our own destiny, she challenged us to take a step back and look at the massive river of God's eternal purpose—established before time began. We are invited to simply step into the flow of what He is already doing so that His character, peace, and power can be demonstrated through our daily lives.

Key Highlights:

- Consecration Determines Demonstration: We cannot expect a demonstration of God's power in our lives where we refuse to consecrate. Just like Abraham had to fully separate from Lot to see the vastness of his inheritance, we must lay down the weights and partial obedience holding us back.

- Vocation is Context, Not Identity: Your calling isn’t limited to a pulpit or a church title. Whether you are in an office, a classroom, at home with kids, or in transition, your daily job is simply the context where your eternal purpose is expressed.

- Declare "That's Why I'm Here": When daily frustrations or workplace struggles hit you this week, stop and reframe them. Declare: "That's why I'm here"—turning your obstacles into active mission fields where you bring His peace and answers.
