STAYCATION 2026 ☀️
What a joy it was to spend the weekend together learning, growing in God’s word, and enjoying fellowship as a church family. From shared meals to seminars and sessions with our guest speakers, it was such a rich and encouraging and prayerful weekend together.

Huge thank you to everyone who came along and to all our amazing volunteers who helped make the weekend happen, we couldn’t have done it without you! 🤍

Yesterday we marked 20 years since the fire that destroyed the old St Barnabas building on 10th May 2006.

As we gathered together, we remembered not only what was lost, but the faithfulness of God through every season since. Though buildings can perish, the work of God continues, his people still gather, the gospel is still proclaimed, and his grace has sustained us through it all.

We’re grateful for all that God has done for the past 20 years, the continued gospel platform on Broadway, and for the generations who have called Barneys home.

Curious about Jesus?

The Gospel Course is a relaxed, four-week space to explore who Jesus is, what he taught, and why it still matters today.

Across four Thursday nights, we’ll share dinner together (yes, there’s usually a slow-cooked curry 🍛), and have honest conversations about life, faith, doubts, and the bigger questions we all carry. A warm space to listen, ask, and explore.

This course is for anyone - whether you’re new to church, unsure what you believe, or just want to revisit the core of the Christian faith.

Led by Rev. Mike Paget, who once approached Christianity as a sceptic and found the story of Jesus surprisingly compelling, especially his resurrection.
