Attention garden-lovers! We've recently expanded our Saturday sessions at our Rivergum Community Garden so more people who work during the week can join us on weekends.

Our next Saturday session is this Saturday, 6 June, from 9.30am.

Come along and see what we've been growing.

Hint: it's peas 🫛

Revesby Uniting was proud to be part of this important gathering. As people of faith committed to justice and the common good, we joined with others from across the community to listen deeply, build relationships and explore practical actions that can help create a more compassionate and equitable future for all.

This Sunday we're sharing communion together at Revesby Uniting.

In the Uniting Church, the table is open. You don't need to be a member, you don't need to have been baptised, and you don't need to have it all figured out. If you want to come and share the bread and cup with us, there's a place for you.

We gather on Sunday mornings at 9.30am at 219 The River Road.

Everyone is invited.

If you missed our service a couple of weeks ago, it's time to make yourself a cuppa and carve out some time for Barry's reflection on a section of John 17 (Reading at 19:10). Barry explores the evolution of his understanding and journey of what it means to him to be in the world but not of the world. It is honest, reflective and thought provoking. We welcome you to think deeply with us.

Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.

Today is National Sorry Day.

It's a day to honour the Stolen Generations forcibly removed from their families, and to acknowledge the harm that continues to ripple through generations.

This year's theme is From Sorry to Action. It's a sharp reminder that the Bringing Them Home report, tabled in parliament 29 years ago, made 83 recommendations.

Only five have been fully implemented.

Sorry without action is not enough.

We stand with Stolen Generations survivors, their families and communities. 💜

Every Wednesday morning, Kidsplay fills the hall with noise, mess and good chaos. 🍂

Last week the kids made autumn leaf wreaths, sang some songs and discovered that meatballs are an excellent addition to morning tea!

Kidsplay is open to all families with young children and it's a great way to make friends and build your community.

We'd love to see you there.

If you're looking for a friendly Tuesday afternoon with good company, the Ladies Friendship Group might be just the thing.

They meet every Tuesday at 1:30pm in the church foyer and all women are welcome.

A small correction from us while we're at it: we've been calling this group the Knitting Room, but they'd like you to know they are in fact the Ladies Friendship Group.

(Makes sense because honestly, they do a lot more than knit.)

If you've got kids and you're wondering whether a Sunday morning church service is really going to work for them, that's exactly what MAD Kids is for.

While the adults are in worship, the children have their own program, running at the same time.

Some weeks it's craft. Some weeks they're out in the garden. It changes, but the idea is always the same: something worth doing, sized right for them.

We look forward to seeing your family this Sunday at 9.30am.
