Sunday Recap | Zeal: For What?
Ps Chris

Key Scriptures: John 2:13–17 · Romans 12:9–11 · Ephesians 2:19–22 · Psalm 69:8–18

In a distracted age, we are constantly being pulled in different directions, but what we give our attention to shapes who we become. Zeal is more than passion or a feeling; it is a conviction that moves us to action. Jesus demonstrated zeal for the house of God, challenging the distractions and corruption that had taken the focus away from worship.
We are called to choose what shapes us, pursuing a life that reflects Jesus rather than being consumed by comfort, convenience and the distractions of the world. As the Church, we are not simply a building but a people being built together in Christ, called to live with intention, engage in community and keep our attention fixed on God.

Ambassadors: Ps Rob Message

Sunday - 11th of October 2026

17/10/2026

Sunday Recap | Ambassadors
Ps Rob

As ambassadors of Christ, we are called to represent God well, but we cannot represent a Kingdom we do not know. Romans 8:28 is not a statement of resignation when things don’t go our way, but a declaration of confidence that God is at work in all things according to His purpose.
Our relationship with God requires us to spend time with Him, give to Him out of love, and live with gratitude and praise. As we grow closer to Him, we become more aware of what He is doing and learn to recognise His guidance. Our lives should reflect His goodness, allowing others to see and experience Him through the way we live.
