روى البخاري في صحيحه، عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال: ((يلقى إبراهيم أباه آزر يوم القيامة، وعلى وجه آزر قترة وغبرة، فيقول له إبراهيم: ألم أقل لك لا تعصني، فيقول أبوه: فاليوم لا أعصيك، فيقول إبراهيم: يا رب إنك وعدتني ألَّا تخزيني يوم يبعثون، فأي خزي أخزى من أبي الأبعد؟ فيقول الله تعالى: إني حرمت الجنة على الكافرين، ثم يقال: يا إبراهيم، ما تحت رجليك؟ فينظر، فإذا هو بذيخ ملتطخ، فيؤخذ بقوائمه فيلقى في النار)).
الذيخ هو الضبع.
فهذا اللقاء الأخير بين إبراهيم عليه الصلاة والسلام وبين أبيه، وتأملوا شفقة إبراهيم عليه الصلاة والسلام على أبيه لأنه عرف أنه من أهل النار لكون على وجه أبيه غبرة وقترة.
تأملوا وتدبروا من أعظم جاها عند الله من نبي الله إبراهيم ونبينا محمد صلى الله عليهما وسلم ومع ذلك فلم ينفع ذلك أباه فقد سأل الله لأبيه المغفرة ولكن الأمر كله بيد الله. فأين من يتعلقون بالجاه؟ فلا أحد من خلق الله يملك شيئا لأحد عند الله.
نسأل الله السلامة ونعوذ بك من الحسرة والندامة.
اللهم أحيينا على التوحيد وأمتنا عليه.
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "On the Day of Resurrection Ibraham will meet his father Azar whose face will be dark and covered with dust.(The Prophet (ﷺ) Abraham will say to him): 'Didn't I tell you not to disobey me?' His father will reply: 'Today I will not disobey you.' 'Ibraham will say: 'O Lord! You promised me not to disgrace me on the Day of Resurrection; and what will be more disgraceful to me than cursing and dishonoring my father?' Then Allah will say (to him):' 'I have forbidden Paradise for the disbelievers." Then he will be addressed, 'O Ibraham! Look! What is underneath your feet?' He will look and there he will see a Dhabh (an animal,) blood-stained, which will be caught by the legs and thrown in the (Hell) Fire."
This is the last meeting between Ibraham, peace and blessings be upon him, and his father. Consider Ibraham’s compassion, peace and blessings be upon him, for his father because he knew that he was one of the people of Hell because his father’s face had dust and dirt.
Contemplate and ponder who has greater prestige in the sight of Allah than the Prophet of Allah , Ibraham, and our Prophet Muhammad, may Allah bless them and grant them peace. However, that did not benefit his father. He asked Allah for forgiveness for his father, but the matter is entirely in hand of Allah. So where are those who relate to prestige?
No creation of Allah owns anything or anyone in the Dunia or hereafter.
We ask Allah for safety and we seek refuge in Him from heartbreak and regret.
Oh Allah, grant us and our offspring a life upon true monotheism.
